«Շանթ» հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցի ժամանակ «Մեր Ձևով» շարժման համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանն անդրադարձել է իշխանության այն պնդմանը, որ 2018–2025 թվականներին իրենք արդեն ստեղծել են շուրջ 300 հազար աշխատատեղ։

«Ասում են, որ վերջին 7–8 տարիների ընթացքում ստեղծել են մոտ 240-250 հազար աշխատատեղ, նաև ասում են, որ որպեսզի մենք կարողանանք ստեղծել 300 հազար աշխատատեղ, պետք է 15 միլիարդ դոլարի ներդրում, մի մասն էլ ասում է՝ 30 միլիարդ։ Եկեք համադրենք թվերը։ Մեր երկրի վերջին տարիների ընդհանուր ներդրումային փաթեթը, հատկապես՝ օտարերկրյա ներդրումները, դժվար է պատկերացնել, որ գերազանցել են 3-4 միլիարդ դոլարը։

Հարց է առաջանում․ եթե 3-4 միլիարդ դոլարի ներդրումով հնարավոր է եղել ստեղծել 240 հազար աշխատատեղ, ապա ինչպե՞ս է ստացվում, որ 300 հազար աշխատատեղի համար պետք է 15 կամ 30 միլիարդ դոլար։ Սա մեզ բերում է մի շատ պարզ, բայց կարևոր եզրակացության․ երկրում հնարավոր է ստեղծել հարյուր հազարավոր աշխատատեղեր՝ էապես ավելի քիչ ներդրումով, եթե ներդրումները ուղղվում են ճիշտ արդյունաբերության և ճիշտ ոլորտների մեջ»-ասել է Կարապետյանը։

Նա նաև ներկայացրել է, թե ինչով է իրենց մոտեցումը տարբերվում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության մոտեցումից։

«Նրանց կառավարման տարիներին աշխատատեղերի աճը հիմնականում տեղի է ունեցել երկու պատճառով․ առաջինը՝ ստվերի նվազումն է, որը փաստ է և եղել է, երկրորդը՝ աշխատատեղերի աճն է շինարարության և որոշ ծառայությունների ոլորտներում։ Այսօր մեր տնտեսության ամենաակտիվ զարգացող ուղղությունը շինարարությունն է։ Բայց եկեք մի շատ կարևոր հարց տանք․ շինարարության մեջ օգտագործվող ապրանքների քանի՞ տոկոսն է հայկական։ Իրականությունը սա է․ մոտավորապես 80 տոկոսը ներմուծվում է այլ երկրներից։

Այսինքն՝ տնտեսական ակտիվությունը մեծ մասամբ երկարաժամկետ արժեք չի թողնում Հայաստանում։ Մեր քաղաքացիները վարկ են վերցնում, բնակարան են գնում, բայց այդ բնակարանների կառուցման ընթացքում հիմնականում օգտագործվում են ներմուծված նյութեր»-նշել է Նարեկ Կարապետյանը։
