Արցախցիների աջակցության ծրագրերի դադարեցումը հանգեցրել է լուրջ սոցիալական խնդիրների։
Հազարավոր ընտանիքներ այսօր գտնվում են ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում՝ առանց կայուն եկամտի, առանց սոցիալական պաշտպանվածության և առանց վստահության իրենց ապագայի նկատմամբ։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքի էր էջում գրել է Արցախի պետնախարար Նժդեհ Իսկանդարյանը։
«Մարդկանց մեծ մասը աշխատում է բացառապես բնակվարձը վճարելու համար, իսկ սնունդը, բուժումը և նույնիսկ տարրական կենցաղային կարիքները հաճախ մնում են չլուծված։ Կից ներկայացված լուսանկարը վկայում է սոցիալական քաղաքականության լիակատար ձախողման մասին։ Սա ոչ միայն արժանապատիվ կյանքի նվազագույն պայմանների խախտման ակնհայտ օրինակ է, այլև աջակցության ծրագրերի դադարեցման ուղղակի հետևանք։ Ստեղծված ճգնաժամը արդյունք է այն քաղաքականության, որի շրջանակում որոշումները կայացվել են առանց ժողովրդի հետ հաշվի նստելու և առանց դրանց սոցիալական ու առողջական հետևանքների գնահատման։ Արդյունքում՝ մարդիկ կանգնած են ոչ միայն սոցիալական ծանր վիճակի, այլև առողջական լուրջ խնդիրների առաջ։
Մարդկանց սոցիալական վիճակը օրեցօր վատանում է, իսկ պետական քաղաքականության մեջ առկա անորոշությունն ու անգործությունը խորացնում են խնդիրները։ Անհապաղ անհրաժեշտ է վերանայել գործող մոտեցումները, վերականգնել կամ փոխարինել դադարեցված աջակցության ծրագրերը իրական, արդյունավետ մեխանիզմներով և ապահովել համակարգված, կայուն լուծումներ։ Այսպես շարունակվել չի կարող։ Սոցիալական անտարբերությունը չի կարող և չպետք է դառնա պետական քաղաքականություն»,- գրել է նա։
