Փորձագետների պարզաբանմամբ՝ խոսքը հիմնականում ալյուրի վնասատու միջատների մասին է, որոնք հայտնի են որպես հացահատիկային բզեզներ կամ ալյուրի միջատներ։ Դրանք կարող են հայտնվել ոչ միայն ալյուրում, այլև բրնձում, մակարոնեղենում և այլ չոր մթերքներում։

Ինչպե՞ս են տզերը հայտնվում ալյուրի մեջ

Այս միջատների ձվերը երբեմն կարող են մնալ ցորենի հատիկների մեջ դեռ մթերման փուլում։ Եթե հումքը կամ պատրաստի ալյուրը պատշաճ պայմաններում չի պահվում, ժամանակի ընթացքում այդ ձվերից կարող են դուրս գալ միջատներ։ Հաճախ նման դեպքերը կապված են ոչ թե արտադրության, այլ պահեստավորման և տեղափոխման սխալ պայմանների հետ։

Բացի այդ, անգամ որակյալ ալյուրը կարող է տանը վնասվել, եթե երկար ժամանակ պահվում է բաց փաթեթով, խոնավ միջավայրում կամ չփակվող տարաներում։

Մասնագետները նշում են, որ նման միջատների առկայությունը չի համարվում զանգվածային առողջապահական սպառնալիք, սակայն այդպիսի ալյուրը սննդի մեջ օգտագործել չի կարելի։ Այն պետք է անհապաղ թափել կամ վերադարձնել վաճառողին։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, պետական կառույցների կողմից այս պահին զանգվածային կամ պաշտոնական ահազանգ ալյուրի վտանգավորության վերաբերյալ չկա։

Ինչպե՞ս պաշտպանվել նման խնդիրներից

  • Ալյուրը պահեք փակ, օդամեկուսացված տարաների մեջ

  • Գնելուց հետո կարելի է 1–2 օրով պահել սառնարանում՝ կանխարգելման նպատակով

  • Խուսափեք մեծ քանակությամբ ալյուր երկար ժամանակ պահելուց

  • Կասկածելի տեսք կամ հոտ ունեցող ալյուրը մի օգտագործեք

Ալյուրի մեջ տզերի հայտնվելը հազվադեպ, բայց հնարավոր երևույթ է, որը հիմնականում կապված է պահեստավորման սխալ պայմանների հետ։ Սա պատճառ է զգոն լինելու, բայց ոչ խուճապի մատնվելու։ Սպառողի ուշադրությունն ու ճիշտ պահեստավորումը մնում են նման խնդիրներից խուսափելու ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցը։
