Արտակարգ իրավիճակ Երևանի Դավիթ Բեկի պողոտայում․մարդաբոյ փոսերը 25-ից ավելի մեքենաների անվադողերն են պայթեցրել

Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 10-ին, արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Երևանի Դավիթ Բեկի պողոտայում։
Ինչպես տեղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը՝ նշված պողոտայի մի քանի կիլոմետրանոց հատվածում հսկայական փոսերը իսկական պատուհաս են դարձել 25-ից ավելի վարորդների համար։ Տարբեր մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներ հայտնվել են փոսերում, ինչի հետևանքով կամ անվահեծաններն են կոտրվել, կամ անվադողերն են պայթել։
Երջանիկ պատահականությամբ, բարեբախտաբար, տուժածներ չկան։
Թեպետ մի քանի վարորդներ նշում էին, որ փոսը ընկնելու պատճառով կամ իրենք, կամ իրենց ուղևորը գլխով հարվածել են դիմապակուն, ինչի հետևանքով դիմապակիներին ճաքեր են առաջացել։
Վարորդներին օգնության են հասել մի քանի շարժական վուլկանիզացիա շահագործող մասնագետներ և ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Լևոն Բադալյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Կարեն Ավետիսյանի և վաշտի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Տիգրան Խուդանյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Պարեկներն հարցի ժամանակավոր լուծման նպատակով 30-ից ավելի անվադողեր էին բերել և սկսել այդ անվադողերը տեղադրել փոսերի մեջ և որպեսզի վարորդները նկատեն, որ փոսերի առաջ են հայտնվել, զգուշանան՝ անվադողերի վրա ոստիկանության լուսային ժապավեններ էին փաթաթում։
Վարորդները շնորհակալություն էին հայտնում շարժական վուլկանիզացիաների աշխատակիցներին ու պարեկներին, ասելով, որ առաջինը հենց նրանք են իրենց օգնության հասել, իսկ թե ով պետք է փոխհատուցի վնասները՝ մնացել է օդից կախված։
Ֆոտոլրագրող Գ․ Շամշյանի հետ զրույցի ընթացքում մի քանի վարորդներ, ովքեր չուզեցին տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել, ասում էին․ «Գույքահարկ ենք վճարում, բայց փոխարենը մեռանք փոսերը ընկնելով՝ անվահեծաները կոտրելով կամ անվադողերը պայթեցնելով։ Հետո էլ ասում են, թե գույքահարկը ժամանակին վճարեք։ Ամոթն էլ լավ բան է։ Մի քիչ սրտացավ մոտեցում ցուցաբերեք հարցին․ ով է տեսել 21-րդ դարում նման քար անտարբերություն ցուցաբերվի ժամանակին հարկն ու վարկը վճարած քաղաքացու նկատմամբ։
Երևանի քաղաքապետ, Էրեբունու թաղապետ, թեպետ բոլորին էլ ուղղում ենք մեր խոսքը, որովհետև քաղաքում չկա այնպիսի վարչական շրջան, որ փոսերի առատություն չլինի։ Այնպես որ եկեք քարերը փեշերիցդ թափեք և ձեր պարգևատրված գումարներից մի քիչ հետ գցեք, անվադողեր առեք, եկեք էս փոսերում պաշտպանիչ վահան ստեղծեք, որ հետո չասեք՝ Թրամփը ճիշտ էր, մենք՝ սխալ»։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը՝ այսօր՝ փետրվարի 10-ին, արտակարգ իրավիճակ էր ստեղծվել Երևանում։
Ինչպես տեղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը՝ Դավիթաշենի կամրջի վրա առաջացած փոսերի պատճառով մոտ 8 ավտոմեքենա վնասվել են․ հիմնականում կոտրվել են կամ անվահեծանները, կամ անիվներն են պայթել։
Բարեբախտաբար տուժածներ չկան, վարորդներին էլ օգնության են հասել շարժական վուլկանիզացիայի մասնագետները, ովքեր վերանորոգում են անվադողերը, որից հետո վարորդները վուլկանիզացիայի աշխատակիցներին շնորհակալություն հայտնելով, իսկ տեղական իշխանությունների հասցեին մի քանի բալանոց չակերտավոր ասած բարի խոսքեր մաղթելով, արդեն անվադողերը վերանորոգված ավտոմեքենաներով՝ հեռանում էին։
