Անձամբ իմ և «Հայոց Արծիվների» մեծ ընտանիքի անունից սրտանց շնորհավորում ենք Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ բազմահազար աշխատատեղեր ստեղծած, սոցիալական, կրթական, առողջապահական, բնապահպանական, մշակութային, սպորտային հովանավորչական բազմահազար ծրագրեր իրականացրած, Հայաստանի և Արցախի պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների, Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու, Հայաստանի տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների համար սոցիալական բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր կյանքի կոչած, Հայկական բարձրավանդակից դուրս՝ աշխարհի տարբեր անկյուններում, Հայաստանի, Արցախի և Հայ ժողովրդի պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը միշտ բարձր պահող և պաշտպանող, Հայոց պետականաշինության մեջ անուրանալի ներդրում ունեցող՝ հայրենատեր Հայորդի Սամվել Կարապետյանին՝ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահի պաշտոնում միաձայն ընտրվելու կապակցությամբ։
 
Սամվել Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ ցուցաբերված միաձայն վստահությունը վկայում է Սամվել Կարապետյանի առաջնորդական հատկանիշների, հետևողական աշխատանքի և Հայրենիքի ապագայի հանդեպ ունեցած պատասխանատվության բարձր գիտակցության մասին։
