Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները միշտ մեզ վստահեցրել են Հայաստանի լավ մտադրությունների մասին։ Նրանք միշտ հույսով են, որ ինչ–որ իրավիճակ չի ստեղծվի տարածաշրջանում, ըստ որի անվտանգությունը կարող է խաթարվել․ դա նաև մեր ցանկությունն է, որպեսզի Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղություն լինի և խաղաղություն հաստատվի։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ փետրվարի 11-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է Հայաստանում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Խալիլ Շիրղոլամին։

«Իրանը ամենայն անկեղծությամբ և լրջությամբ մուտք գործեց ԱՄՆ–ի հետ բանակցությունների։ Չնայած նրան, որ մենք ցանկացած պաշտպանական հնարավորություն ունենք, բայց նախընտրում ենք դիվանագիտությունը։ Մենք գտնում ենք, որ խելամտությունը կարող է հաղթել։ Կարծում եմ, պարոն Վենսը Երևան այցի ժամանակ իր հարցազրույցներից մեկում ասաց հետևյալը՝ «դիվանագիտությունը կարող է արդյունավետ լինել»: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները միշտ մեզ վստահեցրել են Հայաստանի լավ մտադրությունների մասին։ Նրանք միշտ հույսով են, որ ինչ–որ իրավիճակ չի ստեղծվի տարածաշրջանում, ըստ որի անվտանգությունը կարող է խաթարվել․ դա նաև մեր ցանկությունն է, որպեսզի Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղություն լինի և խաղաղություն հաստատվի»։

Հարցին՝ Իրանն ինչպե՞ս է գնահատում տարածաշրջանում, ամերիկյան ներկայության ընդլայնումը ԹՐԻՓՓ-ի միջոցով, դեսպանն ասել է․

«Լիահույս ենք այս հնարավորությունները, որը Հայաստանը դրականորեն հետամուտ է լինում դրանց՝ կյանքի կոչվելուն։ Այսօր ես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի հետ հանդիպում եմ ունեցել։ Շատ ջերմ և բարեկամական մթնոլորտում մենք զրույց ունեցանք։ Ասացի, որ

մեր ջանքերը պետք է գործադրել՝ հյուսիս-հարավ արևելք-արևմուտք ճանապարհները ապաշրջափակվեն։ Ասացինք, որ մենք պետք է նաև աշխատենք Ջուլֆա-Նախիջևան-Երասխ երկաթգիծը գործարկվի, որպեսզի Պարսից ծոց-Սև ծով կապը ստեղծի։ Դա շատ մեծ հնարավորություններ կստեղծվի բոլորիս համար։

Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունն ասել է՝ թույլ չեն տա Իրանի դեմ ինչ-որ քայլեր ձեռնարկվեն։ Միգուցե հիմա շատ վաղ է այդ մասին խոսել, բայց ապագայում կարող ենք շատ լուրջ մտածել դրա մասին»։

Անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի սպասվող այցին՝ դեսպանն ասաց․ «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այցը 2026 թվականի մեր օրակարգում է, որը պետք է պլանավորվի տարվա ընթացքում։ Անցյալ տարի Իրանի նախագահը Հայաստան այցելեց, այս տարվա համար էլ պլանավորում ենք, որպեսզի Հայաստանի վարչապետի այցը տեղի ունենա։ Մենք լիահույս ենք, որ այցի շրջանակում կստորագրվի երկու երկրների միջև համապարփակ ստրատեգիական փաստաթուղթը»։
