Նախարար Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանն այսօր ընդունել է Հայաստանում Իտալիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ալեսսանդրո Ֆերրանտիին։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են երկկողմ հարաբերությունների օրակարգը՝ կարևորելով բնապահպանության և կայուն զարգացման ուղղություններով համագործակցության խորացումը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունից:
 
«Անդրադարձ է կատարվել 2021 թվականին ստորագրված՝ կայուն զարգացման ոլորտում համագործակցության մասին փոխըմբռնման հուշագրին, որը հիմք է ստեղծում համատեղ նախաձեռնությունների իրականացման համար՝ կլիմայի դիմակայունության բարձրացում, ռիսկերի գնահատում և աղետների կառավարման համակարգերի բարելավում, կենսաբազմազանության պահպանություն, անտառների և ջրային ռեսուրսների կայուն կառավարում, թափոնների արդյունավետ կառավարում և շրջանաձև տնտեսության զարգացում։
 
Քննարկվել է նախարարի գլխավորած ՀՀ պատվիրակության մասնակցությանը 2025 թվականին Հռոմում կայացած «Կենսաբանական բազմազանության մասին» կոնվենցիայի կողմերի 16-րդ համաժողովի (COP16) վերաբացված նիստին, որի ընթացքում ձեռք են բերվել կարևոր համաձայնություններ՝ կենսաբազմազանության ֆինանսավորման մեխանիզմների, ինչպես նաև Կունմին–Մոնրեալ գլոբալ կենսաբազմազանության շրջանակի իրականացման առաջընթացը չափելու ցուցիչների ամբողջական փաթեթի շուրջ։
 
Հանդիպմանը կողմերն անդրադարձել են COP17-ի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներին։ Այդ համատեքստում նախարարը կարևորել է փետրվարի 16-19-ը Հռոմում կայանալիք SBI-6 նիստի շրջանակում նախատեսվող՝ «Taking Action for Nature» և «Agrifood systems taking action for nature» խորագրերով բարձր մակարդակի միջոցառումները։
 
Վերջում անդրադարձ է կատարվել համագործակցության մի շարք հեռանկարային ուղղությունների՝ դիտարկելով Իտալիայի փորձի փոխանակման և համատեղ նախաձեռնությունների ընդլայնման հնարավորությունները»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրությունում։
