Патрульные самолеты ВМС США провели разведку вблизи Ирана

Два патрульных противолодочных самолета P-8A Poseidon ВМС США в четверг провели полеты над Ормузским проливом и Оманским заливом вблизи Ирана, следует из данных авиационного ресурса Flightradar24.
Самолеты поднимались с авиабазы Шейх Иса в Бахрейне. В ходе многочасовой операции один из них совершал пролеты над Ормузским проливом, курсируя между Персидским и Оманским заливами. Другой выполнял полет над международными водами Оманского залива близ юго-восточного побережья Ирана.
Эти американские патрульные самолеты, а также дальние беспилотники MQ-4C Triton регулярно используются для наблюдения за ситуацией в районе Ормузского пролива, Персидского и Оманского заливов.
Тем временем в четверг над Оманским заливом был также зафиксирован иранский беспилотник. Тегеран возобновил полеты БПЛА над морскими районами в регионе лишь спустя пять дней после того, как в минувший вторник палубный истребитель F-35C Lightning II сбил иранский беспилотник «Шахед-139», который приблизился к американскому авианосцу USS Abraham Lincoln в Аравийском море.
