Շիրակի քրեական ոստիկանները բացահայտել են բնակարանային գողության երկու դեպք

Բնակարանային գողության մասին հաղորդումը Ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնում ստացվել էր դեռևս անցած տարվա նոյեմբերի 28-ին։ Գյումրիի Շիրակացու փողոցում գտնվող տնակից գողացել էին հեռուստացույց և կենցաղային իրեր։
Մեկնել էր Քրեական ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը։ Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում իրականացվել էին անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ:
Փետրվարի 3-ին ստացվեց հավաստի տեղեկություն, որ բնակարանային գողությունը կատարել են 23-24 տարեկան գյումրեցի երկու երիտասարդներ։ Պարզվեց նաև, որ նրանք հեռուստացույցը վաճառել են 31-ամյա համաքաղաքացուն։
Նույն օրը Գյումրիի Խրիմյան Հայրիկի խճուղում կասկածվողներից մեկը ձերբակալվեց։ Նա խոստովանեց, որ տեխնիկական միջոցի գործադրմամբ դռնով մտել են հիշյալ տնակ և գողոնով հեռացել պատուհանից։
Գողոնը հայտնաբերվել է։
Հանգամանքները նախաքննությամբ պարզվում են։
Մի բնակարանային գողություն էլ Շիրակի քրեական ոստիկանները բացահայտեցին փետրվարի 5-ին։ Այս դեպքում հանցանքը կատարվել էր հունվարի 29-ին։
Մեկնած օպերատիվ խումբը պարզել էր, որ առավոտյան 9-ից 14-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում հարմարեցված բանալիով բացել են Գյումրիի Կիրակոսյան փողոցում գտնվող բնակարանի դուռը և գողացել ոսկյա զարդեր, ժամացույցներ ու 1900 եվրո։
Նախաձեռնվեց քրեական վարույթ։
Շիրակի քրեական ոստիկանների և Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողների համատեղ միջոցառման արդյունքում ստացվեց տեղեկություն, որ գողությունը կատարել են Արարատի մարզի Արևշատ գյուղի բնակիչ 50-ամյա և մայրաքաղաքի Բաշինջաղյան փողոցի բնակիչ 36-ամյա երկու տղամարդիկ։ Պարզվեց նաև, որ նրանք դեպքի վայր են ժամանել 50-ամյա տղամարդու վարած «Նիսան» մակնիշի մեքենայով։
Փետրվարի 5-ին 50-ամյա արևշատցին հայտնաբերվեց, ձերբակալվեց, իսկ փետրվարի 7-ին մայրաքաղաքի Բաշինջաղյան փողոցի իր տանը ձերբակալվեց նաև 36-ամյա տղամարդը։
Երկուսի նկատմամբ էլ խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանքը։
