Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆրանկ Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը Ռուսաստանի կոչ է արել օգտագործել իր ողջ կարողությունը, որպեսզի ապահովվի Սիրիային հումանիտար օգնության տրամադրումը:
Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն:
«Ես հորդորում եմ Ռուսաստանին և կրակի դադարեցման գործում բոլոր մյուս մասնակից պետություններին օգտագործել իրենց ազդեցությունը, որպեսզի ապահովեն Սիրիային հումանիտար օգնության տրամադրումը, իսկ նախագահ Բաշար Ասադի ռեժիմին և սիրիական ընդդիմությանը` իջեցնել ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով ստեղծված լարվածության մակարդակը»,-Շտայնմայերի խոսքերն է մեջբերում Deutsche Welle հեռուստառադիոընկերությունը: Նրա խոսքերով, անթույլատրելի է, որպեսզի մյունխենյան պայմանավորվածությունները «թաղվեն ռումբերի տակ»:
Մյունխենում Սիրիայի աջակցության միջազգային խմբի հանդիպման մասնակիցները պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել մեկ շաբաթում Սիրիայում կրակի դադարեցման ռեժիմ սահմանել, արագացնել հումանիտար օգնության տրամադրումը և աշխատել սիրիական ճգնաժամը քաղաքական ճանապարհով լուծելու ուղղությամբ: Միաժամանակ, որոշվել է շարունակել ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարը:
