1 տարվա ընթացքում մանկական քաղցկեղի դեպքերի թիվը Հայաստանում կրկնակի աճել է. «Հերացի» վերլուծական կենտրոն

2024թ-ին 2023-ի համեմատ Հայաստանում կրկնակի անգամ աճել է մանկական քաղցկեղների թիվը։ Այս մասին են վկայում «Հերացի» վերլուծական կենտրոնի կատարած հետազոտությունները։
Մանկական քաղցկեղի դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օրը նշվում է ամեն տարի փետրվարի 15-ին։ Այս տարվա թեման է «Ազդեցության ցուցադրում. մարտահրավերից դեպի փոփոխություն»։
Դեպքերի ավելացման թիվն ավելի շատ է 15-17 տարեկանների խմբում։ 2010 թվականին արձանագրված դեպքերի ցուցանիշը, 100.000 բնակչի հաշվով, կազմել է 46.0, իսկ 2024թ.-ին ցուցանիշը եղել է 146.0, որը 3 անգամ գերազանցում է 2010թ.-ի ցուցանիշին:
0-14 տարեկանների դեպքում` 2023 թ.-ին ախտորոշված չարորակ նորագոյացությունների ցուցանիշը եղել է 8.7, 2024 թ.-ին այն դարձել է 18.7։ Համեմատության համար նշվում է նաև, որ որ 2010թ.-ին ցուցանիշը եղել է 9.8։
2024 թվականին կյանքում առաջին անգամ ՉՆ ախտորոշվել է մինչև 18 տարեկան 133 անձի մոտ, որից 69-ը տղաներ են, 64-ը` աղջիկներ։
«Իգական սեռի երեխաների մոտ առավել տարածված են եղել քաղցկեղի հետևյալ տեսակները` կրծքագեղձի, ձվարանի, լյարդի և ներլյարդային ուղիների, իսկ արական սեռի մոտ` շագանակագեղձի, շնչուղիների, բրոնխների, թոքի և լյարդի ու ներլյարդային ուղիների»,- նշված է հետազոտությունում։
Հետազոտությունում անդրադարձ է կատարվում նար վաղ ախտորոշման կարևորության մասին։ Նշվում է, որ ամեն օր ավելի քան 1000 երեխաների մոտ քաղցկեղ է ախտորոշվում։ Բարձր եկամուտ ունեցող երկրներում ապրող երեխաների ավելի քան 80%-ը հաղթահարում է հիվանդությունը, ցածր և միջին եկամուտ ունեցող շատ երկրներում՝ այդ թիվը 30%-ից պակաս է։
