Որքան էլ ցավալի լինի, բայց պետք է խոստովանել, որ մենք բոլորս սկսել ենք շատ քիչ շարժվել: Քիչ շարժուն վիճակից և նստակյաց աշխատանքի արդյունքում տուժում են մեր ոտքերը, հատկապես ազդրերը:
Ձեզ ենք առաջարկում արդյունավետ վարժություններ՝ ազդրերի մկանները ձգելու համար: Կարևորը՝ գանտելներ ունենալ ձեռքերում:
Վարժություններ ազդրերի համար
1 Հարձակումներ
Ուղիղ կանգնեք, պահեք գանտելները՝ ձեռքերը ներքև իջեցրած, ոտքերը դրեք ուսերից մի փոքր լայն բացված: Մի փոքր իջեցրեք, թեքեք մեջքը դեպի գոտկատեղը, իսկ ծնկները մի փոքր ծալեք: Առանց մեջքը ծալելու՝ մեծ քայլ կատարեք դեպի առաջ՝ ծանրության ուժը կենտրոնացնելով առաջ դրված ոտքի վրա:
Նստեք այդ ոտքի վրա: Բարձրացեք նստած վիճակից, և վերադարձեք նախնական դիրքին:
Կրկնեք 10 անգամ, 2-3 մոտեցումով:
2 Ֆերմերի զբոսանք
Վերցրեք գանտելները, ձեռքերն ուղղեք դեպի ներքև: Բարձրացեք թաթերի վրա և քայլեք 10 մետր: Կատարեք 4 մոտեցումից:
Հետո մի փոքր բարդացրեք. Սկզբնական դիրքից սկսեք անել ոչ մեծ, հավասարաչափ հարձակում-քայլեր՝ մեջքն ուղիղ պահելով:
3 Կքանստում
Դրեք ոտքերն ուսերին հավասար՝ գանտելները ձեռքերում պահած: Պատկերացրեք, որ ձեր հետևում աթոռ կա, և փորձեք նստել դրա վրա: Մեջքը հնարավորինս ուղիղ պահեք: Կատարեք 10 անգամ, 3 մոտեցումից:
4 Գանտելների ձգումներ՝ մեկ ոտքի վրաշ
Կանգնեք աջ ոտքի վրա, և ձախը մի փոքր հետ տարեք: Մեջքը ուղիղ պահեք, մի փոքր առաջ եկեք և միաժամանակ ձախ ոտքը վերև բարձրացրեք: Կատարեք վարժությունը ամեն ոտքից 15 անգամ, 3 մոտեցումով:
Չունեք գանտելնե՞ր: Հոգ չէ: Վերցրեք ջրով լցված շշեր: Կարևորը մի ծուլացեք:
