2025 թվականին Ռուսաստանի մեղր արտադրող հիմնական շրջաններում եղանակային անոմալիաներ և մեղրի բերքի կրճատումը կարող են հանգեցնել դեֆիցիտի, ТАСС-ին հայտնել են «Ռուսպրոդսոյուզ» ասոցիացիայից։

Ասոցիացիայում պարզաբանել են, որ այս սեզոնին շուկայում հում մեղրի (շագանակագույն և ակացիա) վաղ տեսակները սովորականից զգալիորեն ավելի արագ են սպառվել։ «Նոր տարում ծաղկային խոտաբույսերի տարբեր տեսակները, որոնք սովորաբար հասանելի են մինչև գարուն, զգալիորեն պակասել են, մինչդեռ հնդկացորենի մեղրը արդեն փետրվարին կարող է սպառվել»,- նշել են նրանք։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, մեղրի բոլոր տեսակների գները 2025 թվականի սեպտեմբերից ի վեր աճել են 30-50%-ով և շարունակում են աճել։ «Հումքը թանկանում է ավելի արագ, քան մանրածախ առևտրի ցանցերը պատրաստ են ընդունել, և մեղվաբույծներից մեղր գնելու պատուհանները փակվում են ավելի վաղ, հատկապես այն տեսակների համար, որոնք քիչ այլընտրանքներ ունեն»,- նշել են «Ռուսպրոդսոյուզ» ասոցիացիայում։

Նշվում է, որ հում մեղրի գների զգալի աճի հիմնական պատճառները 2025 թվականին Ռուսաստանի մեղր արտադրող հիմնական շրջաններում եղանակային անոմալիաներն են՝ որոշ շրջաններում երաշտը և մյուսներում հորդառատ տեղումները, որոնք հանգեցրել են մեղրի բերքատվության նվազմանը։

«Միևնույն ժամանակ, մանրածախ առևտրի ցանցերը չեն ընդունում վաճառքի գների նվազագույն ճշգրտումները՝ հաստատված ծախսերի գնահատականների հետ մեկտեղ։ Դա արտադրողներին ստիպում է դադարեցնել առաքումները ոչ շահավետ գներով։ Այդ իրավիճակը մանրածախ առևտրի դարակներում մեղրի պակասի, կեղծ մեղրի տարածման, հատկապես ցածր գնային հատվածներում, և հեղինակավոր արտադրողների շուկայից դուրս գալու ռիսկ է ստեղծում։ Վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում երկու առաջատար մեղր վերամշակողներ արդեն լքել են շուկան»,- հավելել են ասոցիացիայում։
