Ադրբեջանական կողմը Արցախի օկnւպացված տարածքները ներառում է զբոսաշրջային ուղղությունների մեջ

Ըստ Ադրբեջանի պետական զբոսաշրջության գործակալության, պատրաստվել են Քարին Տակ և Տող գյուղերի, Հադրութի, Մատաղիսի և Շուշիի զբոսաշրջության զարգացման հայեցակարգերը։ Այս մասին գրված է Monument Watch-ի հոդվածում։
Մշակվել է նաև «Հաղթանակի ճանապարհ» զբոսաշրջային երթուղին, որը սկիզբ է առնում Վարանդայի շրջանից: Այստեղ բացահայտ կերպով զբոսաշրջությունը միացվում է ռազմական հաղթանակի նարատիվին։
Ադրբեջանը 2021 թվականից ի վեր գովազդում է Արցախի զբոսաշրջության կարևորությունը, ինչի վկայություններ են 2022 թվականին Շուշիում անցկացված առաջին միջազգային խոհարարական փառատոնը, 2023 թվականին Աղդամում անցկացված «Ազատագրված տարածքներում զբոսաշրջության վերականգնումն ու զարգացումը» թեմայով առաջին գիտագործնական համաժողովը, «Թյուրքական աշխարհի մշակութային զբոսաշրջության հեռանկարները» թեմայով միջազգային գիտական համաժողովը, Շուշիում կազմակերպված միջազգային գաստրոնոմիայի օրը, ինչպես նաև «Ադրբեջանի առողջապահական զբոսաշրջության համաժողով. զարգացման հնարավորություններ» թեմայով միջազգային համաժողովը։ Այս միջոցառումները ներկայացվում են որպես տարածաշրջանի զբոսաշրջային ներուժի խթանում։ Այժմ Ադրբեջանը նաև գովազդում է Արցախը միջազգային հարթակներում։ Սակայն իրականում դրանք միտում ունեն օկուպացված տարածքում միջազգային հանրության մոտ ստեղծել բնականոնության տպավորություն. Ամեն ինչ օրինական է և ամեն ինչ լավ է: Զբոսաշրջության ադրբեջանական մոտեցման կարկառուն օրինակ է նաև Ստեփանակերտի «Հաղթանակի թանգարանի» նախագիծը։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Ինքնավար Մարզի նախկին կուսակցական կոմիտեի շենքը (Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահական նստավայր) այժմ վերափոխվում է «Հաղթանակի թանգարանի»։
Ըստ Ադրբեջանի պետական զբոսաշրջության գործակալության՝ Արցախի տարածքում ներկայումս գործում է 35 հյուրանոց։ Սակայն այցելել Արցախ կարելի է միայն հատուկ թույլատրությամբ, ինչն իրականացվում է մի շարք պետական հարթակների միջոցով։ Մասնավոր մեքենաներով ուղևորությունների թույլտվության ժամկետը 5 օր է: Անձնական մեքենայով հնարավոր է մեկնել միայն մի քանի թույլատրված ուղղությամբ։ 2025 թվականի հուլիսի 23-ից սկսած՝ օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին նույնպես թույլ է տրվել համապատասխան թույլտվություններ ստանալով մեկնել Արցախ։ «Մեր ճանապարհը դեպի Ղարաբաղ» պետական հարթակում անցկացված վիճակագրության համաձայն՝ 2025 թվականին տարածաշրջան է այցելել ընդհանուր առմամբ 2 միլիոն 549 հազար 857 մարդ։ Այցելությունների թվով առաջին տեղում են Շուշին, Լաչինը և Ստեփանակերտը:
2021-ից ադրբեջանական կողմը Արցախի օկուպացված որոշ տարածքներ ներառում է Ադրբեջանի զբոսաշրջային ուղղությունների մեջ։ Կազմակերպվող այցելությունները կրում են քարոզչական բնույթ։ Ադրբեջանական զբոսաշրջային ռազմավարության հիմքում ընկած նարատիվը կառուցված է պարզ տրամաբանության վրա․ մինչ «ազատագրումը» տարածքը ներկայացվում է որպես դատարկ, հետամնաց կամ անկենսունակ, իսկ դրանից հետո՝ որպես զարգացող, բաց ներդրումների համար, միջազգային միջոցառումներ հյուրընկալող տարածաշրջան։ Այս հակադրությունը ծառայում է մեկ հիմնական նպատակին՝ ստեղծել այն տպավորությունը, թե իրական զարգացումը հնարավոր է դարձել միայն այն պահից, երբ հայերն այլևս այդ տարածքում չեն։
