runews24.ru-ն «Միայն անունը կմնա. ի՞նչ է թաքնված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախկին առաջնորդների ցմահ ազատազրկման հետևում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Բաքվի դատարանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին դատապարտել է ցմահ ազատազրկման։ Նա մեղավոր է ճանաչվել պատերազմական հանցագործությունների մեջ։ Հանրապետության նախկին այլ առաջնորդներ նույնպես ցմահ ազատազրկման են դատապարտվել։

runews24.ru-ին տված մեկնաբանության մեջ հասարակական գործիչ, Integral Business School-ի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ, HSE փորձագետ և Skolkovo Fast Track-ի մենթոր Մինա Խաչատրյանը բացատրել է, որ Բաքվի դատարանի որոշումները լիովին համապատասխանում են անգլոթուրքական տանդեմի՝ ավելի շատ բռնագրավելու և ավելի թանկ վաճառելու մոդելին։ Նրա խոսքով, ազատազրկման առավելագույն ժամկետներն ուղիղ համեմատական են ազատ արձակման աճուրդի գներին։ «Աշխարհաքաղաքական համատեքստում արցախցի առաջնորդների ցմահ բանտարկությունները Ալիև-Փաշինյան դուետի գործունեության արդյունքն են, որի դիրիժորը Լոնդոնում է, իսկ նվագակցողը՝ Անկարայում։ Արցախը միայն Հայաստանի ողնաշարը չէր։ Արցախը Հայաստանի անկախության, Հայաստանի անձեռնմխելիության և Հայաստանի աշխարհաքաղաքական նշանակության բանալին էր։ Գտնվելով բավականին բարդ տարածաշրջանում՝ Հայաստանը կարող է գոյատևել և բարգավաճել միայն այն երկրների քաղաքականության մեջ նշանակալի դեր խաղալով, որոնց շահերը բախվում են քրիստոնեական աստվածաշնչյան հողի այն մի փոքրիկ հատվածում, որը թուրքերը անվանում են «անիծյալ մանգաղ»»,– ասել է նա։

Խաչատրյանն ընդգծել է, որ Արցախն ամրապնդում էր Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև դաշինքը։ Առանց դրա, Փաշինյանի օրոք (եթե նրան հաջողվի խարդախությամբ ապահովել իր համար երրորդ ժամկետը) կսկսվի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արագ «վիլայեթացումը», որի արդյունքում երկրից պաշտոնապես կարող է մնալ միայն անվանումը։ «Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության ցմահ բանտարկությունը հարվածի տակ է դնում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները, իսկ Փաշինյանի վերընտրությունը վերջակետ կդնի դրա վրա», - նշել է փորձագետը։
