Նոր մանրամասներ Զովունիի զինված միջադեպից. կրակոց արձակած քաղաքացին հայտնաբերվել է

Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 16-ին, կրակոց է հնչել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 20։30-ի սահմաններում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը հրազենային վնասվածքով «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխել մի քաղաքացու։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, բժիշկները հիվանդանոցում իրավապահներին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորը հրազենային վնասվածք է ստացել ձախ ոտքի հատվածում և գտնվում է վիրահատարանում ու ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու։
Մինչ բժիշկները պայքարում էին վիրավորի կյանքի համար, ինչը նրանց հաջողվել է, քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկանները ու պարեկները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել Զովունի–Եղվարդ ավտոճանապարհի Զովունի գյուղի սկզբնամասից։
Իրավապահները ժամանելով նշված վայր՝ այնտեղ հայտնաբերել են «Hongqi» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա, որի վարորդը նշված ավտոմեքենայով բախվել է «Nissan» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, ապա առաջ ընթացել, կանգնեցրել ավտոմեքենան, դուրս եկել այնտեղից և իր մոտ պահվող հրազենից մոտ 30–40 մետր հեռավորությունից կրակոց է արձակել վիրավորի ուղղությամբ, ապա ավտոմեքենան թողնելով դեպքի վայրում՝ դիմել է փախուստի։
Դեպքի փաստով Նաիրի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Քննիչի հանձնարարականով նշված ավտոմեքենաները և դեպքի վայրում եղած մեկ մոտոցիկլ տեղափոխվել են ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժին, իսկ օպերատիվ տեղեկություններով մոտոցիկլավարը նույնպես տուժող է։
Մինչ դեպքի վայրում աշխատում էին քննիչները ու քննչական կոմիտեի փորձագետը, Նաիրիի ոստիկանները օպերատիվ տեղեկություններով հայտնաբերել են կրակոցներ արձակողին, ում տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժին և, հավանաբար, այնտեղից կներկայացնեն Նաիրիի քննչական բաժին։
