Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն, ընդունելով կառավարության 2025 թվականի զեկույցը, կարծիք էլ հայտնեց, որ բռնապետությունը միշտ անհրաժեշտ է եղել:
«Բռնապետություն: Նույնիսկ [ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ] Թրամփը խոստովանեց, որ այն անհրաժեշտ է և օգտակար: Այն միշտ անհրաժեշտ է եղել: Երբ կա պատասխանատվություն: Այլ ոչ թե այն, ինչ մեզ սովորեցրել են՝ իշխանությունների տարանջատում: Բաժանեցին: Իսկ նրանց՝ չինացիներին, ովքեր ցանկանում էին գոյատևել, չբաժանեցին: Նրանք վերցին ու հավաքվեցին և աշխատեցին», - ասել է Լուկաշենկոն։
Նա զգուշացրել է, որ Բելառուսում 2020 թվականի սցենարի կրկնությունը, երբ նախագահական ընտրություններից հետո բողոքի ցույցեր էին բռնկվել, կհանգեցնի պետության կորստի:
«Ես ուզում եմ, որ ինձ լսեք։ Ես հանդես եկա ոչ թե որպես նախագահ, այլ որպես բռնապետ, և ես դա հասկանում եմ։ Դե, այսպիսին են ժամանակները։ Թափ տվե՛ք ձեզ, եթե ուզում եք, որ մեր երեխաները նորմալ կյանք ունենան։ Այսպիսով, ես կրկին ասում եմ. ես չեմ ուզում այստեղ հանդես ինչ-որ մարդու դերում, որը կաշին կքերթի։ Եկեք ապրենք ու աշխատենք մեր ունեցած հանգամանքներին համապատասխան։ Նահանջ չի լինի», - դիմել է Լուկաշենկոն ներկաներին։
