Փետրվարի 15-ին, վիճաբանություն և ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել Աարարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 17։20-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Մասիսի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Այնթապ գյուղի շրջանաձև երթևեկության խաչմերուկի մոտ գտնվող հարակից տարածքում՝ «Ջրահարս» կոչվող լողավազանի դիմաց, ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունենում։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի ծառայողները ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ պարզել են, որ ժամը 17։00-ի սահմաններում նշված տարածքում Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 24-ամյա Գառնիկ Վ․-ի և  23-ամյա Նարեկ  Մ․-ի հետ կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել են նշված տարածք «BMW X 5» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով ժամանած Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 41-ամյա Սևադա  Մ․-ն, 16-ամյա Ա․ Մ․-ն, 15-ամյա Ա․ Հ․-ն, 18-ամյա Վանուշ Հ․-ն և Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 17-ամյա Ա․ Կ․-ն, որի ընթացքում վարորդ Սևադա Մ․-ն քաշքշել է Գառնիկ Վ․-ին, այնուհետև Ա․ Հ․-ն ձեռքին եղած քարով հարվածել է վերջինիս գլխի շրջանին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք, ինչից հետո Գառնիկ Վ․-ն ընկել է գետնին և նշված ավտոմեքենայից իջած բոլոր անձինք բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով հասարակության նկատմամբ, խուլիգանական դրդումներով ոտքերով հարվածներ են հասցրել վերջինիս և Նարեկ Մ․-ին՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով Գառնիկ Վ․-ն և Նարեկ Մ․-ն ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Մասիս» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժին։
