«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
nv.ua–ն «Ինքնիշխանության զիջում և հավասարակշռում. որո՞նք են Ջ. Դ. Վենսի՝ Հայաստան և Ադրբեջան այցի հետևանքները» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ջ. Դ. Վենսի այցը Հայաստան և Ադրբեջան (2026 թվականի փետրվարի 9-11) պատմական իրադարձություն էր, քանի որ այն նշանավորվեց ԱՄՆ գործող փոխնախագահի առաջին այցելությամբ այդ երկու երկրներ։ Այդ այցը Թրամփի վարչակազմի՝ Հարավային Կովկասում Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի ազդեցությունը տնտեսական և տեխնոլոգիական լծակների միջոցով դուրս մղելու ռազմավարության տրամաբանական շարունակությունն է։ Երևան այցը հստակ խորհրդանշական և պրագմատիկ էր։
Գլխավոր նորությունը խաղաղ միջուկային էներգիայի ոլորտում համագործակցության համաձայնագրի ստորագրումն էր. ԱՄՆ-ը խոստացել է մինչև 9 միլիարդ դոլարի ներդրումներ։ Նպատակն է հին խորհրդային ատոմակայանը փոխարինել ամերիկյան փոքր մոդուլային ռեակտորներով՝ վերջ դնելով Հայաստանի էներգետիկ կախվածությանը Ռուսաստանից։ Բացի դա, առաջին անգամ Հայաստանը պաշտոնապես կգնի ամերիկյան պաշտպանական համակարգեր՝ V-BAT անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր։ Նաև հայտարարվել է 41000 NVIDIA պրոցեսորների վրա հիմնված գերհամակարգչային նախագծի երկրորդ փուլի մասին։ Բայց այցի ընթացքում ստեղծվեց դիվանագիտական անհարմար իրավիճակ։ Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիր Վենսի այցելության մասին գրառումը, որը ներառում էր նաև Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին հղում, հետագայում հեռացվեց X սոցիալական մեդիա հարթակից՝ հավանաբար Բաքու այցից առաջ հավասարակշռությունը պահպանելու համար։ Դա, իր հերթին, վրդովմունք առաջացրեց հայկական սփյուռքում։
Ի՞նչ կարող ենք եզրակացնել այս այցից։ Փաշինյանը ակնհայտորեն փորձում է փոխել Հայաստանի աշխարհաքաղաքական դիրքորոշումը։ Նա այժմ հույսը դնում է Միացյալ Նահանգների վրա՝ որպես իր տեխնոլոգիական գոյատևման երաշխավորի։ Սակայն TRIPP միջանցքի վերահսկողությունը ամերիկացիներին հանձնելը ինքնիշխանության հսկայական զիջում է անվտանգության դիմաց։
Իր հերթին՝ Ալիևը շահագործում է Թրամփի «բիզնես» մոտեցումը։ Նրա ռազմավարական մշակույթը հավասարակշռության մշակույթն է։ Ստանալով իր դերի ճանաչում Միացյալ Նահանգներից՝ նա միաժամանակ մնում է «Էրդողանի յուրայիններից մեկը», և դա՝ առանց լիովին խզելու կապերը Մոսկվայի հետ։ Միացյալ Նահանգների համար էլ այս այցը ուժի ցուցադրություն էր։ Թրամփը և Վենսը ցույց են տալիս, որ կարող են «մտնել Պուտինի հետնաբակ» և առաջարկել պայմաններ, որոնցից դժվար է հրաժարվել։
