Ովքե՞ր կստանան երրորդ և հաջորդ երեխաների համար նախատեսված նպաստ

Կառավարության վաղվա՝ փետրվարի 19-ի նիստում, կընդունվի նախագիծ, որով 3-րդ և յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ նոր ծնված երեխայի համար ամսական 50, 000 դրամի չափով պետական նպաստի տրամադրման կարգը կփոխվի։

Նպաստը տրամադրվում է ընտանիքում ծնված 3-րդ և յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ երեխայի համար։ Երեխայի «կարգաթիվը» որոշելիս հաշվի են առնվում ընտանիքում առկա մյուս երեխաներն ու զավակները՝ օրենքով սահմանված չափանիշներով։ Որոշ դեպքերում հաշվառվում են նաև համահայր կամ համամայր քույրերն ու եղբայրները, ինչպես նաև զոհված զինծառայող քույրերը կամ եղբայրները։

Նպաստը նշանակում և վճարում է Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայությունը։

Գումարը վճարվում է անկանխիկ եղանակով՝ շահառու ծնողի անվամբ բացված սոցիալական ապահովության հաշվին։ Ծնողը պարտավոր է տարեկան առնվազն մեկ անգամ հաստատել, որ գտնվում է Հայաստանում՝ բանկ ներկայանալով կամ օրենքով սահմանված այլ եղանակով։

Եթե շահառու ծնողը մահանում է, չվճարված գումարը կարող է տրամադրվել մյուս ծնողին կամ չափահաս քրոջը/եղբորը՝ դիմումի հիման վրա։

Նշենք, որ որ նպաստը բովանդակային առումով նույնն է, ինչ տրամադրվում էր մինչև 2026 թվասկանի հունվարի 1-ը ծնված երեխաների համար: 

Ընդ որում, օրենսդրական փոփոխությամբ նախատեսված է, որ 2022 թվականի հունվարի 1-ին կամ դրանից հետո մինչև 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ ընտանիքում 3-րդ և յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ նոր ծնված երեխայի ծննդյան կապակցությամբ նշանակված դրամական աջակցությունը, անկախ դրամական աջակցություն ստանալու իրավունքը կամ դրամական աջակցություն վճարելը դադարեցված լինելուց, վերանվանվում է սույն օրենքով նշանակված երրորդ և յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ երեխայի նպաստի՝ անկախ այդ նպաստի իրավունքն ունենալու հանգամանքից:

Որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնելու պաշտոնական հրապարակմանը հաջորդող օրվանից և տարածվում է այն դեպքերի վրա, երբ երեխան ծնվել է 2026 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից հետո։
