«Շտապօգնության» վարորդը վթարի պահին եղել է ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ. մեղադրական եզրակացություն

Արարատի մարզում անցած տարվա մարտին «Շտապօգնության» մեքենայի մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական վթարի գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվեց դատարան: Այս մասին NEWS.amը տեղեկացավ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից:
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության` «Շտապօգնության» վարորդ Հրաչիկ Կարապետյանը 2015թ. մարտի 14-ին ժամը 20:55-ի սահմաններում գտնվել է միջին ծանրության աստիճանի ալկոհոլային հարբած վիճակում: Կարապետյանն Արտաշատի ԲԿ-ի շտապօգնության բաժանմունքին պատկանող ավտոմեքենայով երթեւեկել է Արարատի մարզի Արտաշատ-Վերին Արտաշատ ավտոճանապարհով: Հասնելով Բերդիկ գյուղի խաչմերուկին` իրականացրել է ոչ պատշաճ եւ վտանգավոր երթեւեկություն ու խաչմերուկ մուտք գործելիս` նախապես չհամոզվելով, որ «Գազել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը ճանապարհը զիջում է իրեն, ստեղծել է վթարային իրադրություն: Կարապետյանն իր ավտոմեքենայի աջ մասով ընդհարվել է «Գազել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, ինչի հետեւանքով անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է իր մեքենայի ուղեւոր, Արտաշատի ԲԿ ՓԲԸ-ի «Շտապօգնության» բաժնի վարիչ Կարապետ Գրիգորյանի մահը:
Հրաչիկ Կարապետյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Նա ստորագրությամբ ազատ է արձակվել:
Գործը քննվում է Արարատի եւ Վայոց ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում:
Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ 2015թ. մարտի 14-ին Արարատի մարզի Արտաշատ քաղաքից դեպի Վերին Արտաշատ գյուղ տանող ճանապարհին դեռեւս չպարզված հանգամանքներում բախվել են «Շտապօգնության» ծառայության «Ֆորդ» եւ «ԳԱԶել» մակնիշների ավտոմեքենաները: Վթարի հետեւանքով շտապօգնության բժիշկ, 27-ամյա Կարապետ Գրիգորյանը մահացել է: Երկու մեքենաների վարորդներն ու ուղեւորները տեղափոխվել են հիվանդանոց:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՔՕ 242-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով:
