«Հայաստանը ես եմ» քաղաքական նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Նաիրի Սարգսյանը Oragir.News-ի «Ըստ էության» հաղորդաշարի ընթացքում անդրադարձել է ընտրություններին մասնակցելու ձևաչափին, գործող իշխանության տնտեսական քաղաքականության ձախողումներին, ինչպես նաև խոսել Հայաստանի տնտեսական ինտեգրացիոն առաջնահերթությունների վերանայման, Ադրբեջանից բենզինի ներկրման և մի շարք այլ հարցերի շուրջ։
Սարգսյանը ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատել է գալիք ընտրություններին դաշինքի ձևաչափով մասնակցությունը` կարևորելով ընդդիմադիր ուժերի կոնսոլիդացիան` հանուն ազգային ազատագրական պայքարի։
Խոսելով ժողովրդի վստահության քվեն ստանալու մասին՝ Սարգսյանը նշել է, որ այսօր առանցքային խնդիրը հանրային վստահության վերականգնումն է, որը հասել է այնպիսի մակարդակի, երբ անհրաժեշտ է ոչ թե պարզապես արձանագրել, այլ վերականգնելու հստակ մեխանիզմներ առաջարկել․ «Հասարակության յուրաքանչյուր անդամին պետք է ՀՀ բարիքներից մասհանում կատարել, այսինքն՝ նրանց մասնակից դարձնելու բանաձևը պետք է տրամադրենք, մանկավարժին, բժշկին, զինծառայողին և, առհասարակ, հասարակության բոլոր շերտերին պետք է տրամադրենք, թե ինքը իր կյանքն ինչպես է բարելավելու։
Երկրորդ կարևոր բաղադրիչը ներկայացվող ծրագրերի իրատեսականության հիմնավորումն է։ Ընդդիմադիր դաշտը չպետք է առաջնորդվի պոպուլիստական խոստումներով, այլ պետք է ներկայացնի իրագործելի լուծումներ, որոնք կհամոզեն քաղաքացիներին իրենց կիրառելիության մեջ։
Երրորդ հարցը, որը ձևավորվում է հանրության մոտ, վերաբերում է ծրագրերը իրականացնողներին․ ովքե՞ր են այդ դերակատարները, արդյո՞ք ունեն բավարար մասնագիտական կարողություններ և վստահություն ներշնչող կենսագրություն՝ ստանձնած պարտավորությունները կյանքի կոչելու համար»,-նշել է Սարգսյանը։
Նրա համոզմամբ՝ հենց այս երեք գործոնների՝ մասնակցայնության, իրատեսականության և կատարողների վստահելիության համադրությամբ է ձևավորվում այն հանրային գնահատականը, որի հիման վրա քաղաքացին որոշում է՝ որ ծրագիրն է առավել ընդունելի և ում է պատրաստ վստահել դրա իրականացումը։
