Աջափնյակում տեղի ունեցած սպանության, սպանության փորձի դեպքի մասնակիցներից 12-ի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում, հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից։
2026 թվականի փետրվարի 18-ին Երևան քաղաքի Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի Աբելյան փողոցում հրազենի գործադրմամբ տեղի ունեցած սպանության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով մեծաթիվ քննիչներից բաղկացած քննչական խմբի կողմից իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, ինչպես նաև դեպքին մասնակցած անձանց հիմնական շրջանակը:
Մասնավորապես՝ կատարված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է հրազենի գործադրմամբ, այլ անձանց կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով մեկ անձի սպանություն, ինչպես նաև նույն եղանակով 7 անձանց նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ում նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ և 8-րդ կետերով, 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ և 8-րդ կետերով (7 դրվագ), 297-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Բացի այդ, քննչական և վարութային մեծածավալ գործողությունների արդյունքում անհատականացվել են զինված միջադեպի մասնակից մի շարք անձինք: 11 անձի նկատմամբ ևս հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում:
Երեւանի 40-ից ավելի հասցենեում կատարվել են միաժամանակյա խուզարկություններ, որոնց արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են քննության համար նշանակություն ունեցող իրեր, առարկաներ:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները դեպքին մասնակցած անձանց ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու և նրանց արարքներին քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու համար:
