eadaily.com–ը «Քաղաքագետը անսպասելի շահագրգիռ անձ է բացահայտել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի՝ Բաքվից ազատ արձակման գործում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ քաղաքագետ Իլ յա Գրաշչենկովը կարծում է, որ Մոսկվան կարող է անսպասելիորեն շահագրգիռ անձ դառնալ Բաքվի բանտից նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ազատ արձակման գործում։ Նա հիշեցրել է, որ Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունն ավարտվել է երկուսուկես տարի առաջ՝ հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի, սակայն մինչ օրս «պաշտոնական Բաքուն շարունակում է իր վենդետան քաղբանտարկյալների նկատմամբ»: Հիշեցնենք, որ 20 տարվա ազատազրկման է դատապարտվել հայտնի ռուս գործարար, բարերար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, որը մարդասիրական առաքելություն էր սկսել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում։ «Այս ամբողջ ընթացքում Ադրբեջանը «արցախցի գերիներին» պահել է սարսափելի պայմաններում նախնական կալանքի կենտրոններում, սակայն որևէ հետաքննություն չի անցկացվել, կալանավորվածները ենթարկվել են քաղաքական և էթնիկական դրդապատճառներով դատավճիռների։ «Սա է այն, ինչ Վարդանյանի ընտանիքը հայտարարել է համաշխարհային առաջնորդներին, միջազգային կազմակերպություններին և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության համայնքներին ուղղված իր դիմումում՝ այդ 20 տարվա դատավճիռը անվանելով «սարսափելի, բայց սպասելի»», - գրել է Գրաշչենկովն իր Telegram ալիքում։

Այստեղ բաց է մնում հարցը, թե ի՞նչ կլինի հետո։ Քաղաքագետի խոսքով, քչերն են կարծում, որ Վարդանյանը կպահվի բանտում առնվազն 20 տարի։ Դա է անուղղակիորեն վկայում այն փաստը, որ դատարանը որոշել է նրան չդատապարտել ցմահ ազատազրկման, նշել է նա։ Դա նշանակում է, կարծում է փորձագետը, որ հնարավոր են ինչպես վաղաժամկետ ազատ արձակումը, այնպես էլ արժեքավոր գերու փոխանակումը տարբեր քաղաքական շահերի դիմաց։ «Ինչը, ի դեպ, ամենահավանական զարգացումն է՝ հաշվի առնելով Իլհամ Ալիևի ջանքերը՝ մեծացնելու իր սեփական նշանակությունը տարածաշրջանի աշխարհաքաղաքականության մեջ», - նշել է Գրաշչենկովը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի որդին՝ Դավիթը, պաշտոնական Երևանի հնարավոր օգնության հույսն ունի։ «Դե, իհարկե, լուծում կա, և առաջին հերթին դա Հայաստանի կառավարության պատասխանատվությունն է, որը պետք է պայքարի իր քաղաքացիների համար, ովքեր անօրինական կերպով պահվում են օտար երկրում», դատավճռի հրապարակումից հետո հայտարարել է նա։

Այնուամենայնիվ, ինչպես նշել է Գրաշչենկովը, հաշվի առնելով վերջին երկուսուկես տարվա ընթացքում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի գերիների նկատմամբ Հայաստանի ղեկավարության կողմից ցուցաբերված ակնհայտ անտարբերությունը՝ դրա վրա խաղադրույք կատարել չարժե։ «Ի հակադրություն դրա, հաշվի առնելով ռուսական իստեբլիշմենթի և Վարդանյանի երկարատև բարեկամությունը, Մոսկվան կարող է անսպասելիորեն հանդես գալ որպես նրա ազատ արձակման հավանական շահագրգիռ կողմ», - կարծիք է հայտնել քաղաքագետը։
