Գյումրիում հայտնի 100 տարին բոլորած շենքը, որը դիմացել է 88-ի երկրաշարժին, տանիքի մի հատված վերջին օրերին տեղացած առատ ձյան հետևանքով վնասվել է

Վերջին օրերին տեղացած առատ ձյան պատճառով արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Գյումրի քաղաքի 26 կոմիսարների փողոցում հայտնի երեք հարկանի երկու մուտքանի վթարային շենքում, որը սակայն բնակեցված է։
Ինչպես տեղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, տեղացած ձյան ծանրությունից տանիքի մի հատվածի թերթաքարերը կոտրվել են ու կա վտանգ, որ եթե Շիրակի մարզպետարանը կամ Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանը միջոցներ չձեռնարկեն տանիքը վերանորոգելու ուղղությամբ, ապա այս շենքում բնակիչները արդեն կօգտագործեն անձրևանոցներ։
Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 20-ին, ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում բնակիչները ասում էին․ «Վերջին օրերին ձյան պատճառով տանիքի այդ հատվածի շիֆերները կոտրվեցին ու ձնհալն ու անձրևը լցվում են արդեն տներ։ Նույնիսկ երրորդ հարկից հասել են երկրորդ հարկի բնակարան։ Արդեն դիմել ենք Շիրակի մարզպետարան, Գյումրու քաղաքապետարան, խոստացել են, որ մի բան անեն բայց թե երբ՝ դա մեկ իրենք գիտեն, մեկ էլ Աստծուն է հայտնի։ Էնպես չի, որ բողոքում ենք, պարզապես շենքը, որ կառուցվել է 1926 թվականին, արդեն բոլորել է 100 տարին ու դիմացել է անգամ 88-ի եկրաշարժին և անգամ այս շենքի հարակից մի քանի շենքեր պայթեցվեցին, բայց հիմա թե ձնհալը և թե անձրևաջրերը իրենց սև գործն անում են։ Էլ չենք ասում, որ շենքի մուտք մտնող ճանապարհն էլ անտանելի վիճակում է, բայց Գյումրիում շատ փողոցներ կան, որ ոչ միայն մարդաբոյ փոսեր, այլ խրամատներ են հիշեցնում։ Հիմա խնդրում ենք Շիրակի մարզպետարանից ու Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանից, որ տանիքի հարցը շատ արագ լուծեն»։
