10 թունավոր մրգեր ու բանջարեղեն, որոնք օգտագործում ենք ամեն օր (լուսանկարներ)

Գրեթե ամեն օր մենք ուտում ենք բուսական մթերքներ, որոնք մահացու թունավոր նյութեր են պարունակում: Մեզնից շատերը կարծում են, որ մրգերից ու բանջարեղենց բացի, օգտակար ուրիշ այլ բան չկա, սակայն մենք գաղափար անգամ չունենք թաքնված սպառնալիքի մասին: Իհարկե, անհանգստանալու կարիք չկա, սակայն եղել են դեպքեր, երբ մարդիկ պատահաբար սպանել են իրենց՝ ուտելով բույսի կամ պտղի վնասակար մասը: Ահա 10 մրգեր ու բանջարեղեն, որոնց պետք է զգուշորեն վերաբերվել:
Նուշը չոր պտուղ է, այլ ոչ թե ընկուզեղեն, ինչպես շատերն են կարծում: Դառը նուշը թունավոր ցիանիդ է պարունակում: Այդ իսկ պատճառով նուշը սովորաբար վերամշակում են՝ թույնը հեռացնելու համար: Բացի այդ, թույնը դուրս է գալիս նաև տաքացման դեպքում: Որոշ երկրներում, օրինակ՝ Նոր Զելանդիայում դառը նուշի վաճառքն օրենքով արգելված է:
Հնդկական ընկույզն իրենից սերմ է ներկայացնում: Խանութներում վաճառվող հնդկական ընկույզները հում չեն, դրանք նախապես մշակվում են գոլորշիով: Դա արվում է այն պատճառով, որ հում սերմերը պարունակում են օրգանական ալերգիկ նյութ: Դրա քանակի չարաշահումը կարող է մահվան հանգեցնել: Չնայած մահվան դեպքերը հազվադեպ են, սերմերը մաքրող աշխատողները հաճախ են գանգատվում կողմնակի ազդեցություններից, օրինակ մաշկի այտուցներից:
Բալի, ծիրանի, դեղձի և սալորի կորիզները ցիանիդ են պարունակում: Եթե ինչ-որ կերպ վնասեք դրանք ու ծամեք, Ձեզ կենթարկեք ցիանիդային ջրածնի ազդեցության: Եթե կորիզի մի քանի հատիկ կուլ տաք, սարսափելի ոչինչ չկա, Ձեր օրգանիզմը կկարողանա հաղթահարել ցիանիդի քանակությունը: Թեթևակի թունավորումը կարող է արտահայտվել գլխապտույտով, ապակողմնորոշմամբ, տագնապով ու փսխմամբ:

Լոլիկը տերևներն ու ցողունը պարունակում են գլիկոալկալոիդ, որը կարող է գլխացավերի և ստամոքսի խանգարումների պատճառ դառնալ: Այդ նյութը պարունակվում է նաև կանաչ լոլիկներում, սակայն՝ ոչ մեծ քանակությամբ:
Մշկընկույզը պարունակում է հոգեմետ նյութ՝ միրիստիցին:
Սնկերի որոշ տեսակներ նույնպես թունավոր են: Սնկերից թունավորման նշանները կարող են ի հայտ գալ 1-2 ժամվա ընթացքում:
Շոկոլադն, իհարկե, թունավոր չէ մարդկանց համար, սակայն տեոբրոմին բաղադրիչը վնասակար է շների ու կատուների համար: Ընդամենը 40 գրամ շոկոլադը կարող է նրանց մոտ լուրջ թունավորում առաջացնել:
