Զովունի բնակավայրում կրակոցի հետևանքով հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված 31-ամյա տղամարդը մահացել է

Փետրվարի 19-ին «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում գիտակցության չգալով մահացել է Երևանի բնակիչ 31-ամյա Ռուբեն Գ.-ն։ Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վերջինը հրազենային վնասվածքով նշված բժշկական կենտրոն էր տեղափոխվել ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում, փետրվարի 16-ի՝ Զովունի գյուղում կրակոցներից ստացած վնասվածքով։
ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նաիրիի բաժնի իրենց գործընկերների և ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնի քննիչների հետ պարզել են, որ փետրվարի 16-ին ժամը 23:50-ի սահմաններում Ռուբեն Գ.-ին հրազենային վիրավորումը պատճառել է Զովունի գյուղի բնակիչ 45-ամյա Արմեն Զ.-ն, ով այնուհետև դիմել էր փախուստի, սակայն կարճ ժամանակում ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնի ծառայողները նրան հայտնաբերել էին Զովունի գյուղի 11-րդ փողոցի շենքերից մեկի հարակից տարածքում և ծանր մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիվմանվոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով նրան ձերբակալել ու տեղափոխել էին ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժին, որտեղից էլ նրան ներկայացրել էին Նաիրիի քննչական բաժին։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով օրեր առաջ քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Եղվարդի դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը որպես խափանման միջոց նրա նկատմամբ երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի, ինչը դատարանը բավարարել է։ Իսկ հանցագործությունը նա կատարել է իր անվամբ հաշվառված «Սայգա» տեսակի որսորդական ակոսափող հրազենից։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, փետրվարի 16-ին կրակոց էր հնչել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 20։30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նաիրիի բաժնում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչությունում միաժամանակ օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը հրազենային վնասվածքով «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն էր տեղափոխել մի քաղաքացու։
