Իտալիայի Միլան և Կորտինա դ’Ամպեցո քաղաքներում իր ավարտին մոտեցող 25-րդ ձմեռային Օլիմպիական խաղերը պատմության մեջ կմնան որպես նորվեգական սպորտի անառարկելի գերիշխանության ժամանակաշրջան: Այս մասին գրում է Արմսպորտը։

Սկանդինավյան այս երկրի հավաքականը ոչ միայն անվերապահորեն հաղթեց թիմային հաշվարկում, այլև գերազանցեց նախկինում հենց իր կողմից սահմանված պատմական ռեկորդները։

Նոր նշաձող համաշխարհային սպորտու

Այս խաղերում ընդհանուր առմամբ խաղարկվեց մեդալների 116 հավաքածու: Նորվեգիայի ընտրանին այս մրցապայքարում վաստակեց անհավանական՝ 41 մեդալ, որից 18-ը՝ ոսկե, 12-ը՝ արծաթե և 11-ը՝ բրոնզե։ Այս ցուցանիշով նորվեգացիները թարմացրին միանգամից երկու ռեկորդ՝ թե՛ ոսկե պարգևների (գերազանցելով 2022 թվականի իրենց իսկ 16 ոսկին), թե՛ նվաճած մեդալների ընդհանուր քանակով (2018-ի 39 մեդալի դիմաց այժմ ունեն 41)։

Ձմեռային Օլիմպիական խաղերի գլխավոր հերոսը

Նորվեգական հրաշքի կերտման գործում անգնահատելի է 29-ամյա դահուկավազորդ Յոհանես Կլեբոյի դերը։ Մասնակցելով վեց մրցաձևի՝ նա գրանցեց հարյուրտոկոսանոց արդյունք՝ հայրենիք տանելով 6 ոսկե մեդալ։ Այս ֆանտաստիկ նվաճման շնորհիվ Կլեբոն դարձավ 11-ակի օլիմպիական չեմպիոն՝ Օլիմպիական խաղերի պատմության բոլոր ժամանակների ամենատիտղոսակիր մարզիկների ցանկում հաստատվելով երկրորդ հորիզոնականում։ Այժմ նա զիջում է միայն ամերիկացի լեգենդար լողորդ Մայքլ Ֆելպսին, որն իր ակտիվում ունի 23 ոսկե մեդալ։

Առաջատարների եռյակը

Թիմային ընդհանուր հաշվարկում երկրորդ հորիզոնականը վստահորեն զբաղեցրեց ԱՄՆ-ի օլիմպիական հավաքականը՝ նվաճելով 33 մեդալ (12 ոսկե, 12 արծաթե և 9 բրոնզե)։ Լավագույն եռյակը եզրափակեց Նիդերլանդների թիմը, որի մարզիկները վաստակեցին 10 ոսկե, 7 արծաթե և 3 բրոնզե պարգևներ։
