Հ. 143 մանկապարտեզ ծնողների մուտքը խոչընդոտելու փաստով ներկայացված հաղորդումը ՆԳՆ-ն ուղարկել է ՔԿ

«Երևանի հ.143 մսուր-մանկապարտեզ» ՀՈԱԿ-ում փետրվարի 20-ին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի հետ կապված այսօր՝ փետրվարի 23-ին հաղորդում է ներկայացվել ՆԳՆ ոստիկանություն, որն ուղարկվել է քննչական կոմիտե: Տեղեկությունը NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում հաստատեց ՆԳՆ հանրային հաղորդակցության և իրազեկման վարչության պետ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ «Երևանի հ.143 մսուր-մանկապարտեզ» ՀՈԱԿ –ի տնօրենի նախկին ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար, երեխաներին հատկացված սննդի յուրացումների, կաշառք ստանալու, աշխատավարձերի յուրացման դրվագներով անցնող Ռուզաննա Դանիելյանի վերանշանակումից վրդովված ծնողները փետրվարի 20-ին ցանկացել էին հանդիպել Դանիելյանի հետ և նրանից պարզաբանումներ պահանջել իր օրոք մանկապարտեզում հայտնաբերված լուրջ չարաշահումների վերաբերյալ: Ի նշան բողոքի, ծնողները «գողոնը» խորհրդանշող մթերքներով տոպրակներ էին բերել «նվեր» նորանշանակ ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարին:
Սակայն մանկապարտեզի մուտքի մոտ նրանց մուտքը խոչընդոտել էր մի տղամարդ, հրել ծնողներից մեկին և վիրավորական արտահայտություններ հնչեցրել նրանց հասցեին: Ավելի ուշ ԶԼՄ-ները պարզել էին, որ աշխատանքային ժամին մանկապարտեզում գտնվող անձը Ռուզաննա Դանիելյանի ամուսինն է, ով ըստ մամուլի հրապարակումների՝ հանդիսանում է ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի աշխատակիցը: Վիճաբանությանը միջամտել էր նաև մանկապարտեզի դաշնակահարուհին, ով նույնպես պիտակավորումներ էր հնչեցրել ծնողների և նրանց սաների վերաբերյալ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ներկայումս Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում է քննվում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 435 և 436-րդ հոդվածների 1-ին մասերով, ինչպես նաև 256 -րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով հարուցված քրեական վարույթը: Խոսքը կաշառք ստանալու, կաշառք տալու և իշխանական կամ ծառայողական լիազորությունները կամ դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով՝ վստահված գույքը հափշտակելու հանցակազմերի մասին է։
Այս գործով Ռ. Դանիելյանի դեմ հաղորդում են ներկայացրել մեկ տասնյակից աշխատակիցներ:
