ՀՀ առաջին օմբուդսմենն Ադրբեջանի Սումգայիթ քաղաքում հայերի կոտորածի տարելիցի նախօրեին դիմել է լրատվամիջոցներին

ՀՀ առաջին օմբուդսմեն Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը 1988 թվականի փետրվարին Ադրբեջանի Սումգայիթ քաղաքում հայերի կոտորածի տարելիցի նախօրեին դիմել է զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներին։
«Ողբերգությունը միանգամայն անսպասելիորեն տեղի ունեցավ. 1988 թվականի փետրվարի 21-ին Խորհրդային Միությունում սկսվեց այն, ինչն ամբողջ աշխարհը հետագայում անվանեց ջարդեր։ Իրականում դա Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանում հայերի դեմ կատարված հերթական ցեղասպանության գործողություն էր։ Ես չեմ ուզում կանգ առնել ողբերգության վրա. դրա ականատեսները մեզ հետ են, և յուրաքանչյուր բառ հիշեցում է նրա մասին, թե ինչ ենք վերապրել։ Պատահական չէ, որ փետրվարին Սումգայիթի նախկին բնակիչների շրջանում հիվանդությունների և նույնիսկ մահացության դեպքերն ավելի շատ են»,- NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշել է Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը։
Առաջին օմբուդսմենը հիշեցրել է, որ հայերի համար այդ ողբերգական և Ադրբեջանի համար հանցավոր օրերի մասին վավերագրական ֆիլմը կոչվում է «Սումգայիթ 88»։ Փետրվարի 28-ը ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ Սումգայիթի կոտորածի և 1988 թվականից ի վեր Ադրբեջանում տեղի ունեցած և մինչ օրս շարունակվող բոլոր հետագա ցեղասպանական գործողությունների զոհերի հիշատակի օր է սահմանվել։
«Ուզում եմ հիշեցնել մեր բոլոր հեռուստաալիքներին, կայքերին և մի խնդրանք ունեմ, նույնիսկ խնդրանք-պահանջ։ Կարևոր է, որ մարդիկ չմոռանան իրենց նորագույն պատմությունը։ Մենք արդեն ունենք մի սերունդ, որը ծնվել է անկախ Հայաստանում, և ես կցանկանայի, որ այդ սերունդը մանկուրտների պես չմեծանա, և որ անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակն անպայման հարգվի։ Թեև վստահ եմ, որ նույնիսկ առանց իմ խնդրանքի, խոշոր հեռուստաալիքները, սկսած Հանրային հեռուստատեսությունից, անպայման կցուցադրեն այդ ֆիլմը և կնկարահանեն հաղորդումներ, այնուամենայնիվ, ուզում եմ դիմել նրանց և հիշեցնել հիշողության պահպանման կարևորության մասին։ Մեր մեջ ապրում են նրանք, ովքեր վերապրել և փրկվել են ցեղասպանությունից։ Մեր պարտականությունն է քաղաքական իրադարձությունների ալիքի մեջ չկորցնել մարդկայնությունը։ Ոչինչ չի մոռացվում, և ոչ ոք չի մոռացվում։ Դիմում եմ բոլոր հեռուստաալիքների ղեկավարներին, կայքերի խմբագիրներին և լրատվամիջոցներին. խղճի և սրտի ձայնը բոլորին կհուշի, որ նրանք չպետք է մոռանան անպատիժ մնացած ոճրագործության անմեղ զոհերին»,- եզրափակել է առաջին օմբուդսմենը։
