Աճուրդը հրապարակային է և անցկացվում է ՀՀ Սնանկության դատարանի որոշմամբ սնանկ ճանաչված ընկերության գույքի վաճառքի ծրագրի շրջանակում:
Աճուրդի է ներկայացված 44 առանձին կետերով գույքեր՝ մեկ միասնական լոտով, որի ընդհանուր արժեքը կազմում է մոտ 16,920,558,130 ՀՀ դրամ:
Աճուրդին մասնակցելու ցանկություն ունեցող անձինք մինչև 2026թ. փետրվարի 26-ը կարող են դատարան ներկայացնել աճուրդի մասնակցության հայտ՝ համաձայն աճուրդի կանոնակարգի և պարտադիր վճարումների:
Աճուրդն իրականացվում է հրապարակային սակարկությունների միջոցով, դասական եղանակով՝ հաղթող է ճանաչվում առավել բարձր գին առաջարկած մասնակիցը: Վաճառքի գինը վճարվում է ամբողջությամբ՝ 10 օրվա ընթացքում:
