40-ամյա տղամարդը կացնահարել է հորը․ նոր մանրամասներ

Փետրվարի 24-ի առավոտը Ալթայի երկրամասի մի փոքրիկ գյուղում վերածվեց իսկական ողբերգության, որը ցնցեց տեղի բնակիչներին։ Սկզբում 40-ամյա վարորդը վրաերթի ենթարկեց և սպանեց մի տարեց կնոջ հետիոտնային անցման մոտ և փախուստի դիմեց։ Կարճ ժամանակ անց, ըստ քննիչների, նա կատարել է ավելի դաժան հանցագործություն. սպանել է սեփական հորը, ով հրաժարվել է ստանձնել վթարի պատասխանատվությունը։
Առավոտյան ժամը 6:30-ի սահմաններում Բարնաուլից 400 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա գտնվող Կուլունդա գյուղի Սադովայա փողոցում տեղի է ունեցել մահացու վթար: Ոստիկանության տվյալներով՝ «ՎԱԶ» մակնիշի մեքենայի վարորդը, որը Սովետսկայա փողոցով երթևեկում էր դեպի Սադովայա, վրաերթի է ենթարկել փողոցը հետիոտնային անցման վրա անցնող կնոջը: 63-ամյա տուժածը ստացած վնասվածքներից տեղում մահացել է:
Վարորդը փախել է դեպքի վայրից՝ առանց օգնություն ցուցաբերելու: Տեղի բնակիչները ավելի ուշ սոցիալական ցանցերում հայտնել են, որ մահացածը խոհարար էր, որն աշխատում էր որպես թիվ 5 դպրոցի ճաշարանի աշխատակից:
«Մենք մեքենայով անցնում էինք այս վայրի կողքով։ Նա ոչ միայն մեզ հարվածեց, այլև բախվեց ցանկապատին, որտեղ գերեզմանատան կողմում մայթն է։ Այնտեղի ցանկապատն ամբողջությամբ կոտրված է, և նույնիսկ մի ցուցանակ է կոտրվել. հիմա նորոգում են այն։ Կարող եմ պատկերացնել, թե ինչպես է այն թռչել։ Եվ կինը պարզապես քայլում էր այդտեղով», - գրում են տեղացիները սոցիալական ցանցերում։
Ինչպես պարզվեց հետաքննության արդյունքում, բախումից հետո տղամարդը դիմել է հորը, այլ ոչ թե ոստիկանությանը։ Նա փորձել է համոզել իր ազգականին ստանձնել մահացու վթարի մեղքը։ Սակայն հայրը հրաժարվել է հոգ տանել որդուն։
«Կացինը վերցնելով՝ տղամարդը բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել հոր գլխին և մարմնին, ինչի հետևանքով նա մահացել է դեպքի վայրում», - հայտնել է Քննչական կոմիտեն։
Իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցները տղամարդուն ձերբակալել են անմիջապես հանցագործության վայրում՝ արյունոտ կացնով և հոր դիակի կողքին։
Կասկածյալի դեմ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Քննիչները տղամարդու գործողությունները որակել են որպես կրկնակի սպանություն, հաշվի առնելով, որ նրա զոհերը փողոցը հատող հետիոտն էին և նրա սեփական հայրը։
Կասկածյալի հետ ներկայումս ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ։ Որոշում է կայացվում խափանման միջոցի ընտրության վերաբերյալ։ Քննիչները մտադիր են միջնորդել տղամարդու կալանքի մասին։
Սոցիալական ցանցերում մարդիկ սգում են զոհերի համար և պահանջում են ամենախիստ պատիժը մեղավորի համար, ով մեկ առավոտյան ոչնչացրեց մի քանի կյանք և իր սեփական ընտանիքը։
