Бессрочные облигации Юнибанка прошли листинг на Армянской фондовой бирже

Бессрочные облигации Юнибанка прошли листинг на Армянской фондовой бирже (AMX) и будут допущены к адресной торговле и заключению репо-сделок. Банк разместил три транша бессрочных облигаций: драмовые на общую сумму 6,5 млрд драмов и долларовые — на 9 млн долларов США.
Купонная доходность драмовых облигаций составляет 13,75% годовых в течение первых трёх лет. По истечении этого срока ставка будет определяться на основе кривой доходности государственных облигаций. Доходность долларовых облигаций установлена на уровне 8,3% годовых; после первых трёх лет она будет рассчитываться на базе процентной ставки SOFR.
Юнибанк стал первым в Армении, выпустившим бессрочные облигации. Появление нового инструмента стало значимым событием для армянского рынка ценных бумаг. Бессрочные облигации дают инвесторам возможность получать регулярный доход в долгосрочной перспективе. Примечательно, что весь объём выпуска был размещён в течение нескольких дней, что подтверждает привлекательность предложения и высокий уровень доверия инвесторов к Юнибанку.
