«Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության խորհրդի անդամ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը «Ազատության» եթերում անդրադարձել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խաղաղության ծրագրին։
Նարեկ Կարապետյանը նշել է․ «Մենք չենք սիրում վատ լուրեր հայտնել, բայց ինչո՞ւ Թուրքիայում, բացի Ստամբուլից, այլ վայրերում հայ չի մնացել, ինչո՞ւ Ադրբեջանում հայ չի մնացել։ Ինչն է ուզել Ալիևը, Փաշինյանը տվել է։ 300 հազար ադրբեջանցիների գալը Հայաստան ևս իրականություն կդառնա։ Պետք է նայենք քայլերով, ոչ թե խոսքերով։ Եթե մինչ հիմա Ալիևի բոլոր պայմանները կատարել է, դա էլ կկատարի»։
Նարեկ Կարապետյանն ընդգծել է, որ երկարատև խաղաղություն նման կերպ չի լինում։ Կարապետյանը մատնանշել է դեմոգրաֆիական վտանգը․ 90 միլիոնանոց մշակույթում ու կրոնական տարբեր ազգի մասին է խոսքը, ասել է նա։ Նա նշել է, որ սահմանների բացումն այլընտրանք չունի, բայց պետք է ուժեղ ղեկավար։ Կարապետյանը հիշեցրել է, որ 20 միջոցառում է արվել «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» թեզի վերաբերյալ․ չի կարելի չասել ու չտեսնել այդ ամենը։ Կարապետյանի կարծիքով՝ 300 հազար ադրբեջանցիների ընդունելով՝ մեր արտաքին խնդիրները տեղափոխում, դարձնում ենք ներքին խնդիր։ Կարապետյանը նաև խոսել է բանակցությունների մասին՝ նշելով, որ չեն սկսելու բանակցել Փաշինյանի նման զրոյական կետից։ Կարապետյանն ասել է, որ ՔՊ-ն հրաշալի քարոզիչներ ունի․ երեք պատերազմ է բերել ու ասում է՝ աջակցեք մեզ։ Դա գերի վերցնելու դասական սինդրոմ է՝ Ստոկհոլմյան սինդրոմ։
