Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Լիլիթ Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ 2026 թվականի փետրվարի 24-ին ամփոփվել են Երևան քաղաքի դատախազության 2025 թվականի աշխատանքները:
Ամփոփմանը մասնակցել են Երևան քաղաքի դատախազ Ռաֆայել Մանուկյանը, Երևան քաղաքի դատախազության, վարչական շրջանների դատախազները, այլք:
Ռաֆայել Մանուկյանը ներկայացրել է Երևան քաղաքի դատախազության 2025 թվականի աշխատանքների մասին զեկուցագիրը՝ ի թիվս այլնի անդրադառնալով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթների վիճակագրությանը, դատարան հանձնված քրեական վարույթներին, դատարաններում ավարտված քրեական գործերին, պետությանը պատճառված վնասի վերականգնմանն ու պետական (համայնքային) շահերի պաշտպանության ոլորտում կատարված աշխատանքներին:
Ռաֆայել Մանուկյանի տեղեկացմամբ, 2025 թվականին Երևան քաղաքի դատախազների անմիջական հսկողության ներքո քննվել է 3790 քրեական վարույթ, որից 2238-ը նախաձեռնվել է հաշվետու տարում (2024 թվականին՝ 3546 քրեական վարույթ, որից 2113-ը նախաձեռնվել է 2024 թվականին):
2025 թվականին դատախազների կողմից հաստատված մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ դատարան է հանձնվել 154 քրեական վարույթ՝ 198 անձի վերաբերյալ (2024 թվականին՝ 124 քրեական վարույթ՝ 128 անձի վերաբերյալ):
Դատարաններում ավարտվել է 97 քրեական գործ՝ 101 անձի վերաբերյալ (2024 թվականին՝ 79 քրեական գործ՝ 79 անձի վերաբերյալ):
Երևան քաղաքի դատախազի խոսքով՝ 2025 թվականին պետությանը պատճառված վնասից քրեական վարույթներով վերականգնվել է 225 միլիոն 416 հազար դրամը:
