Տանը հրդեհ է սկսվել․ մայրը 4 երեխաներին թողել ու փախել է․ երեխաները մաhացել են

Հետաքննիչները շարունակում են հետաքննել Մոսկվայի մարզի Վոսկրեսենսկի շրջանում տեղի ունեցած ավերիչ հրդեհի հանգամանքները : Այն տեղի է ունեցել շաբաթ օրը՝ փետրվարի 21-ին, Կոնստանտինովո գյուղում, որի հետևանքով զոհվել են չորս անչափահաս երեխաներ և նրանց 62-ամյա տատիկը: Մայրը և մեկ այլ երեխա կարողացել են ցատկել անվտանգ վայր: Տեղի բնակչուհի Եկատերինան (անունը փոխված է) պատմել է, որ հարևանները մի քանի անգամ բողոքել են ընտանիքի մասին երեխաների պաշտպանության մարմիններին:
Հրդեհը բռնկվել է մասնավոր տանը, որտեղ բնակվում էին մայրը, չորս երեխաները՝ 3 և 6 տարեկան երկվորյակները, տարեց տատիկը և 14-ամյա դեռահասը։ Փոքր երեխաները և թոշակառուն չեն կարողացել փախչել։ Ավագ եղբայրը և նրանց մայրը ցատկել են պատուհանից։ Հրդեհի հետևանքով զոհվել է ծանր հիվանդ և քայլելու դժվարություններ ունեցող տարեց կինը։ Քննչական կոմիտեն քրեական գործ է հարուցել Ռուսաստանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 109-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի՝ «Երկու կամ ավելի անձանց անզգուշությամբ մահ պատճառելը» հատկանիշներով։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ հրդեհի պատճառը կարող էր լինել ջեռուցման կաթսայի անսարքությունը։
Կոնստանտինովոյի բնակիչները վրդովված են, քանի որ հրշեջ մեքենաները և շտապօգնության մեքենաները դժվարությամբ են հասել տուն՝ ձյունածածկ ճանապարհների պատճառով։
«Ճանապարհները մաքրված չեն, և արտակարգ իրավիճակների սարքավորումները չեն կարողացել արագ հասնել կրակի մոտ։ Ո՛չ շտապօգնության մեքենաները, ո՛չ էլ հրշեջ մեքենաները չեն կարող հասնել շատ բնակիչների տներ. բոլոր ճանապարհները փակ են ձյան պատճառով։ Ես անձամբ շտապօգնություն եմ կանչել մորս համար. նա կորցրել է գիտակցությունը, և շտապօգնության մեքենաները չեն կարողացել հասնել տուն։ Շտապօգնության աշխատակիցները քայլել են մինչև ծնկները հասնող ձյան միջով՝ օգնություն ցուցաբերելու համար», - aif.ru-ին ասել է տեղի բնակիչ Մարինան ։
Բայց հարևանները բողոքում էին ոչ միայն կոմունալ ծառայություններից, այլև մորից։
Ինչպես պատմել է տեղի մեկ այլ բնակչուհի ՝ Եկատերինան , մոր դեմ մի քանի բողոքներ են ներկայացվել երեխաների պաշտպանության մարմիններին, և փորձեր են արվել նրան զրկել ծնողական իրավունքներից։ Գործընթացը ձախողվել է, քանի որ երեխաները գրանցված են եղել այլ քաղաքում, ինչը նշանակում է, որ նրանք տեղական իշխանությունների իրավասության տակ չեն եղել։
«Գիտեմ, որ երեխաների մայրը սիրում էր խմել։ Երբ հրդեհը բռնկվեց, նա դուրս վազեց՝ գոռալով։ Ես դատավոր չեմ։ Հիմա Աստված կդատի բոլոր ներգրավվածներին։ Սարսափելի է, որ երեխաները մահացան», - ասել է տեղի բնակիչ Եկատերինան։
