POLITICS«Մենք ուզում ենք առիթից օգտվել և շնորհավորել կենսաթոշակառու ավելի քան կես միլիոն մեր հայրենակիցներին՝ առ այն, որ նրաց ավելի քան կես տարի տևած պայքարը սկսում է իր առաջին արդյունքները տալ»,- կառավարության դիմաց կազմակերպած ակցիայի ժամանակ ասաց «ՀայաՔվե» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության համահիմնադիր Ավետիք Չալավյանը։
Նա հիշեցրեց, որ նախորդող 7 տարիների ընթացքում նրանց կենսաթոշակն այդքան չէր բարձրացել, ինչքան վերջին որոշման արդյունքում։
Չալաբյանը հիշեցրեց, որ «ՀայաՔվե»-ն դեռևս նախորդ տարվա սեպտեմբերին էր սկսել թոշակների բարձրացման նախաձեռնությունը ։
«Խոսել ենք այն մասին, որ մեր երկրում կենսաթոշակներն անթուլատրելի, չհիմնավորված ցածր են, որ բյուջետային ռեսուրսները ծախսվում են բազմաթիվ քաղաքական, չհիմնավորված նպատակների վրա՝ փոխանակ օգտագործվեն մեր բազմահազարանոց քաղաքացիների բարեկեցությունը բարելավելու համար»,-հայտարարեց Չալաբյանը՝ շեշտելով, որ այդ բնական պահանջը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և ԱՍՀ նախարարը անվանել են պոպուլիզմ և հիբրիդային պատերազմ իրենց վարչախմբի դեմ, թե իմաստ չունի կենսաթոշակները բարձրացնել, քանի որ թոշակառուները չեն կարող այդ գումարը ծախսել։
«Փառք Աստծո, այդ անհեթեթ կուսը, որը իրենք որդեգրել էին, վերջապես երեկ եկավ իր տրամաբանական ավարտին, երբ նրանք ընդունեցին այն, ինչը, որ բոլորիս համար ակնհայտ էր, որ մեր երկրում կենսաթոշակառուները, բացարձակ իրավազուրկ, ստորացված վիճակում են ապրում և նրանց խնդիրները պետք է սկսել լուծել»,-ասաց Չալաբյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այդ քայլը որ միայն ուշացած է, այլ բացարձակ կիսատ-պռատ։
Նա նշեց, որ իշխանությունները սարսափած են, որ թոշակառուները ընտրությունների ժամանակ իրենց դեմ են քվեարկելու և որպես ընտրակաշառք 10 հազար դրամով բարձրացրեց թոշակները և նպաստները, բայց թոշակառուները այն վերցնելու են ու դեմ են քվեարկելու իշխանություններին։
