Սյունիքում գործող Modern House ընկերության արտադրամասում արդեն 15 տարի փայտը վերածվում է ժամանակակից և հարմարավետ կահույքի։ Ընկերության պատմությունը սկսվել է որպես ընտանեկան փոքր բիզնես, որը տարիների ընթացքում վերածվել է տարածաշրջանի ամենաարագ զարգացող արտադրություններից մեկի։

Այսօր Modern House-ը արտադրում է խոհանոցի, հյուրասենյակի, ննջասենյակի և գրասենյակային կահույք՝ ապահովելով արտադրանքի որակ, մատչելի գին և անհատական մոտեցում պատվիրատուներին:

Ընկերության արտադրանքն իրացվում է ոչ միայն Սյունիքում, այլև ողջ Հայաստանում։

2019 թվականից ընկերության գործընկերն է Կոնվերս Բանկը։ Բիզնեսի ֆինանսավորումն իրականացվել է Բանկի ՓՄՁ վարկավորման Converse SME պրոդուկտի շրջանակում, ինչի արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել նոր սարքավորումներ, ընդլայնվել է արտադրական հզորությունը և բարձրացել է արտադրանքի որակը։

Converse SME-ն նախատեսված է փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի զարգացման համար. դրա շրջանակում տրամադրվում են ֆինանսական միջոցներ արտադրության ընդլայնման, արդիականացման և գործառնական կարիքների համար։ Վարկի մարման ժամկետը կարող է հասնել մինչև 180 ամիս, իսկ հաճախորդներին առաջարկվում է մարումների ճկուն գրաֆիկ։

Modern House-ում նշում են, որ առաջիկայում նախատեսում են իրականացնել մի շարք նոր ծրագրեր, ներդնել նոր տեխնոլոգիաներ՝ զարգացման ճանապարհին ևս համագործակցելով Կոնվերս Բանկի հետ։
