«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները ցանկանում են նոր ծրագիր գնել՝ ընդդիմախոսներին, լրագրողներին և անգամ յուրայիններին գաղտնալսելու համար։ Որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը մեծ գումարներ է ծախսել՝ գաղտնալսող լրտեսական ծրագիր գնելու համար, հայտնի էր դեռ շատ վաղուց։ Թեպետ տեղեկությունները պաշտոնապես չեն հաստատվել, բայց ոլորտի փորձագետները նշում էին, որ Հայաստանում օգտագործվել է իսրայելական «NSO Group»-ի «Pegasus» ծրագիրը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, շշուկներ կային, որ Հայաստանում նաև «Intellexa» ընկերության «Predator» լրտեսող ծրագիր է օգտագործվել։ Ընդ որում, իշխանությունն ավելի շատ յուրայիններին էր գաղտնալսել՝ նրանց դեմ կոմպրոմատներ հավաքելու համար։

Հայտնի է, որ հայաստանյան առնվազն 12 հանրային գործիչ թիրախավորվել էր իսրայելական «Pegasus» լրտեսող ծրագրի միջոցով: Այդ մասին, մասնավորապես, հայտ նի էր դար ձ ե լ « A m n e s t y International»-ի զեկույցի արդյունքում։ Օրերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ իսրայելական ընկերությունը դադարեցրել է ծրագրի վաճառքը։ «Pegasus»-ը դեռ 2021 թվականին հայտնվել էր ԱՄՆ կառավարության «դաշնային սև ցուցակում»՝ լրտեսական գործունեության համար, թեև դրանից հետո դեռ երկար ժամանակ օգտագործվել է տարբեր երկրների իշխանությունների կողմից։

Այժմ, «Փաստի» աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, փաշինյանական իշխանությունը տենդագին փնտրտուքների մեջ է, նոր ծրագիր է ցանկանում գնել, քանի որ տեխնիկապես չի կարողանում գաղտնալսել կապի որոշակի միջոցներով։ Ըստ աղբյուրի, բանակցություններ են վարում կիպրական և ավստրիական երկու ընկերությունների հետ՝ նրանց ծրագրային ապահովումը գնելու և գաղտնալսումները շարունակելու համար։ Հատկապես այսօր, երբ իշխանության դիրքերը գնալով թուլանում են, իսկ ընդդիմադիր դաշտում ուշագրավ վերադասավորումներ են կատարվում, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին օդուջրի պես գաղտնալսող նոր ծրագիր է հարկավոր։
