32-ամյա Կրիստալ Միլլերը Ավստրալիայից երկու երեխաների երջանիկ մայրիկ է: Երբ նա 15 տարեկան էր, նրա մոտ հայտնաբերեցին Կրոնի հիվանդություն: Լուրջ աղիքային հիվանդություն, որն ուղեկցվում է դժոխային ցավերով: 22 տարեկանում հեռացրել են Կրիստալի աղիքի մի մասը: Այդ պահից սկսած նրա կյանքը հիմնովին փոխվեց…
Կողքից նայելիս Միլլերը շատ առողջ տեսք ունի, բայց այն, ինչ թաքնված է նրա հագուստի տակ, մարդկանց սարսափեցնում է: Բանը նրանում է, որ լուրջ հիվանդության պատճառով, Կրիստալը ստիպված է հագուստի տակից կրել հատուկ պարկ՝ կղանքի հավաքվելու համար:
Բայց կեցցե Կրիստալը: Նա չի ամաչում և չի կոմպլեքսավորվում այդ պատճառով: Երկու երեխաների մայրիկը նույնիսկ հատուկ էջ է բացել Facebook-ում, որտեղ միմյանց հետ շփվում և իրենց հուզիչ պատմություններով են կիսվում նման հիվանդություն ունեցող մարդիկ:
Բարեբախտաբար, այդ հատուկ պարկը չի խանգարել Միլլերին ընտանիք կազմել և երկու երեխաներ ունենալ:
«Այդ փոքրիկ պարկն օգնում է ինձ լիարժեք կյանքով ապրել», – ասում է Կրիստալը:
«Ինչպիսի՞ ներքնազգեստ է ինձ դուր գալիս: Ինձ հոգեհարազատ են ժանյակե բարձր կոնքով ներքնաշորերը: Այդպես ես կարողանում եմ թաքցնել իմ պարկիկը»:
Այնուամենայնիվ, օտար մարդիկ, ամեն օր «աներես» հարցերով ողողում են Միլլերին: Կրիստալը որոշեց լուծում տալ այդ հարցին, և այդ պատճառով էլ հրապարակեց իր մերկ լուսանկարները: Կարճ ժամանակում նրան հազարավոր մարդիկ աջակցեցին:
«Մեր սպիները՝ «Կյանք» կոչվող ճակատամարտում ստացած վերքեր են, դա մեր պարծանքն է», – ասում է Միլլերը:
