Սեյրան Օհանյանը խաղաղապահ բրիգադը հետագայում պրոֆեսիոնալ բանակի կերտման հիմքն է համարում

Հայաստանի խաղաղապահ բրիգադն այն կառույցն է, որը հետագայում հիմք է հանդիսանալու պրոֆեսիոնալ բանակի կերտման համար: Խաղաղապահ բրիգադում ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ում ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկի կապակցությամբ հանդիսավոր միտինգի ընթացքում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը: «Խաղաղապահ ուժերի բրիգադը համալրված է հիմնականում պրոֆեսիոնալ կազմով: Դուք յուրաքանչյուր ուսումնական փուլում պետք է ոչ թե նÕ �րովի սկսեք յուրացնել այն ամենը, ինչ անհրաժեշտ է հայրենյաց պաշտպանի համար, այլ նախկինում ձեռք բերած հմտություններին պետք է ավելացնեք ձեր կարողությունները: Սա նշանակում է, որ խաղաղապահ ուժերի բրիգադն է այն կառույցը, որը հետագայում հիմք է հանդիսանալու պրոֆեսիոնալ բանակի կերտման համար»,- նշեց նախարարը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ժամանակակից աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումները, տարածաշրջանում և Հայաստանի շուրջ ձևավորված անվտանգության միջավայրը, այն սպառնալիքները, որոնք գոյություն ունեն, ստիպում են ոչ միայն ձևավորել ազգային անվտանգության երաշխիքներ, այլ նաև միջազգային երաշխիքների համադրմամբ ապահովել անվտանգության համակարգը: «Եվ դա է ստիպում, որ մենք, բացի մեր առջև դրված խնդիրներից, անվտանգության ապահովման առաքելություն ենք իրականացնում նաև երկրագնդի տարբեր հատվածներում: Այդ գործում իր մեծ դերն ու նշանակությունն ունի մեր խաղաղապահ ուժերի բ րիգադը: Տարբեր տարածաշրջաններում խաղաղության և կայունության ապահովման գործում խաղաղապահ բրիգադի ողջ անձնակազմի ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց դրսևորել են որպես բանիմաց զինծառայողներ՝ այդ ամենով բարձր պահելով Հայաստանի և նրա Զինված ուժերի վարկն ու արժանիքները»,- ընդգծեց Օհանյանը:
Սեյրան Օհանյանը օրը խորհրդանշական է համարում այն առումով, որ տարիներ առաջ հենց փետրվարի 15-ին Աֆղանստանից դուրս են բերվել Խորհրդային Միության բոլոր ստորաբաժանումները, որոնք այնտեղ խնդիր էին կատարում: «Բայց այսօր մեր խաղաղապահ ուժերի բրիգադը միացյալ զորախմբերի ու անվտանգություն ապահովող այլ պետությունների ու կառույցների հետ մեկտեղ այնտեղ մեծ առաքելություն է իրականացնում՝ ապահովելով աֆղան ժողովրդի խաղաղությունն ու կայունությունը այդ տարածաշրջանում: Բազմաթիվ անգամ լինելով այն վայրերում, որտեղ ծառայություն են իրականացրել հ այ խաղաղապահները՝ ես միայն հպարտություն եմ զգացել, զգացել եմ, որ ամեն օր, ամեն տարի բարձրանում են հայկական խաղաղապահ ուժերի վարկն ու նշանակությունը, իսկ այդ ամենի հիմքում դուք եք՝ ձեր հրամանատարների հետ միասին»,- դիմելով խաղաղապահներին` եզրափակեց Օհանյանը:
2004թ. փետրվարից հայ խաղաղապահները միացել են ՆԱՏՕ-ի խաղարարար առաքելությանը և հունական, հետագայում` ամերիկյան զինուժերի կազմում առաքելություն իրականացրել Կոսովոյում, 2005 թվականի հունվարից մինչեւ 2008-ի հոկտեմբերը լեհական բազմազգ դիվիզիայի կազմում` Իրաքում, իսկ 2010 թվականի հունվար-փետրվարից` Աֆղանստանում` Գերմանիայի Դաշնության զինված ուժերի կազմում: Հայ խաղաղապահների 32 հոգանոց դասակը 2014թ. նոյեմբերի 26-ից ՅՈՒՆԻՖԻԼ առաքելության կազմում՝ իտալական հրամանատարության ներքո, խաղաղապահ առաքելություն է իրականացնում Լիբանանում: 2015 թվականից Հայաստանը մասնակցում է ՄԱԿի հովանու ներքո Մալիում իրականացվող խաղաղապահ դիտորդական առաքելությանը:
