ԱՄՆ-ն և Իսրայելը պլանավորել էին Իրանում ներքին անհամաձայնություններ հրահրել և բախումներ հրահրել, որոնք կհանգեցնեին երկրի փլուզմանը, ասել է քաղաքագետ, Մոսկվայի պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանի պատմության և քաղաքականության ինստիտուտի փոխտնօրեն Վլադիմիր Շապովալովը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ փետրվարի 28-ին Իսրայելը և Միացյալ Նահանգները հարվածներ հասցրին իրանական թիրախներին, որոնք էլ իրենց հերթին հարվածներ հասցրին իսրայելական և ամերիկյան ռազմական բազաներին: Մարտի 1-ի առավոտյան Իրանի պետական հեռուստատեսությունը պաշտոնապես հայտարարեց գերագույն առաջնորդ Ալի Խամենեիի մահվան մասին:
«ԱՄՆ-ն ու Իսրայելը, հավանաբար, խաղադրույք են կատարում, որ կարճաժամկետ հարձակումը կոչնչացնի երկրի ղեկավարության մեծ մասը, ինչը կհանգեցնի քաոսի, անարխիայի և ներքին պառակտման Իրանում: Այս իրավիճակում հնարավոր կլինի հրահրել միջէթնիկական, սոցիալական և քաղաքական զինված բախումներ և Իրանի քայքայում, ինչը կարող է նպաստել Իրանում ԱՄՆ հատուկ նշանակության ուժերի տեղակայումը: Սա այն ծրագիրն է, որը, ըստ երևույթին, ունեն ԱՄՆ-ն և Իսրայելը: Բայց ես չեմ կարծում, որ իրավիճակը այսպես կզարգանա: Իրականությունը շատ հեռու է ԱՄՆ ծրագրերից», - բացատրեց փորձագետը:
Շապովալովը նշեց, որ նույնիսկ Խամենեիի մահից հետո Իրանի քաղաքական վերնախավը չի կորցրել իրավիճակի վերահսկողությունը։ ԱՄՆ-ի սպասումներին հակառակ՝ Իրանի բնակչությունը միավորվել է։
