Մոսկվայում կրպակների ապամոնտաժումը գործազրկության մեծ հոսք չի առաջացնի Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների շրջանում

ՀՀ գործատուների միության նախագահ Գագիկ Մակարյանը չի բացառում, որ Մոսկվայում կրպակների ապամոնտաժման գործընթացը կարող է շարունակվել ու տարածվել նաև այլ քաղաքների վրա: Նրա կարծիքով` Մոսկվայի իշխանությունների այդ քայլը միգրանտներին, այդ թվում` հայերին, ուղղակիորեն ճնշելու նպատակ չէր հետապնդում, բայց այն ուղղված էր հարկային դաշտում աշխատող ռուսների իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը:
«Մոսկվայի դեպքերը նաև սանկցիաների հետևանք են` չնայած ներկացվեց, որ Մոսկվա քաղաքը ուզում են բարեկարգել, մայթերը նեղացել էին այդ կրպաների կառուցման պատճառով: Բայց կարծում եմ դա ստվեր, կոռուպցիա և այլ խնդիրներ էր առաջացնում: Այսօր, եթե Ռուսաստանում աշխատատեղերի խնդիր կա, առևտուրը իրենց քաղաքացիների շահերի պաշտպանության, հարկերի գանձման տեսանկյունից կարևոր է, ապա նման ստվերային տնտեսությունները խանգարում են»,-ասաց Գագիկ Մակարյանը:
Բանախոսի դիտարկմամբ` կրպակների սեփականատեր հայերի մի մասն այդքան էլ պատրաստ չէր այդ ամենին, մինչև վերջին պահը հույս ունեին, որ կարող էին իրենց առևտուրը շարունակել: «Հայերը պետք է պատրաստ լինեն նման երևույթների: Պետք է բիզնեսը լինի գրագետ, ցանկացած երկրում նման գործունեություն իրականացնելիս իմանան իրենց իրավունքներն ու օրենքները»,-հավելեց Գագիկ Մակարյանը:
Նրա կարծիքով` կրպակների ապամոնտաժումը գործազրկության մեծ հոսք չի առաջացնի Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների շրջանում, ինչն էլ էականորեն չի անդրադառնա Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա, քանի որ մեծաթիվ չեն եղել այդ տնտեսավարողները: Բայց գործընթացի շարունակությունը այլ քաղաքներում կարող է վնասների հանգեցնել:
Մոսկվայի իշխանությունները քաղաքի կենտրոնի, մետրոյի կայարանների հարևանությամբ ապամոնտաժել են հարյուրից ավելի առևտրի կետեր:Ապամոնտաժված կրպակները հիմնականում պատկանում էին ԱՊՀ երկրների քաղաքացիների, այդ թվում` հայերի: Մոսկվայի քաղաքապետարանն իր այդ գործողությունները բացատրել է անվտանգության նկատառումներով: Քաղաքապետարանից նշել են, որ առևտրի նոր կետեր կառուցելու համար նրանց կառաջարկվեն այլ տարածքներ:
