Խաղաղապահ բրիգադը կառաջնորդվի «Կերտում եմ խաղաղություն՝ պատրաստ լինելով պատերազմի» կարգախոսով

Անցած տարին ՀՀ խաղաղապահ բրիգադի համար եղել է բովանդակալից ու իրադարձություններով լի տարի: Հայաստանի խաղաղապահ բրիգադի զորամասում ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ում ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկի կապակցությամբ հանդիսավոր միտինգի ընթացքում այս մասին ասաց բրիգադի հրամանատար Արթուր Սիմոնյանը:
«Խաղաղապահ բրիգադի անձնակազմը անցած տարի մասնակցել է մի շարք կարևոր զորավարժությունների, որոնցից ես կառանձնացնեի ԶԱՌ ուսումնական կենտրոնում ՆԱՏՕ-ի չափանիշների օպերատիվ կարողությունների հայեցակարգի համաձայն անցկացված զորավարժությունը, ինչպես նաև հոկտեմբերին՝ Բաղրամյան ուսումնական կենտրոնում՝ ՀԱՊԿ խաղաղապահ ուժերի զորվարժությունները: Բրիգադի առաջին հրաձգային գումարտակը փայլուն կերպով անցավ որակավորման փուլը և ՆԱՏՕ-ի դիտորդների կողմից ճանաչվեց մարտունակ, ինչը ստիպում է մեզ կանգ չառնել ձեռք բերված հաջողություններով և, ջանք ու եռանդ չխնայելով, էլ ավելի կատարելագործել մեր զինծառայողների և սպաների արհեստավարժությունը»,-ընդգծեց Արթուր Սիմոնյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ այդ զորավարժությունները ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեցին Հայաստանի որդեգրած սկզբունքի իրավացիությունը, քանի որ հաջողվել է ռազմական համագործակցություն ծավալել հակադիր բևեռներում գտնվող համաշխարհային ուժային կենտրոնների՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի և ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների հետ:
«2015թ. մեզ հատկացված մարտական դիրքերում տիրել է համեմատաբար կայուն վիճակ: Մարտական դիրքերում կատարվել են մեծ ծավալի ինժեներական աշխատանքներ, ինչն ավելի անվտանգ է դարձրել մեր զինվորի ծառայությունը: Պարբերաբար իրականացվող ստուգումները ցույց են տվել, որ անձնակազմը տիրապետում է իր պարտականություններին, գիտի իր առջև դրված մարտական խնդիրները և պատրաստ է լուծել դրանք»,- հավելեց Սիմոնյանը:
Դիմելով ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանին՝ Արթուր Սիմոնյանը հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանի խաղաղապահ բրիգադի 2016թ. կարգախոսն է՝ «Կերտում եմ խաղաղություն՝ պատրաստ լինելով պատերազմի»: «Ցանկանում եմ նշել, որ խաղաղապահ բրիգադը, հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ԶՈՒ մի մասնիկը, խաղաղապահ առաքելության հետ մեկտեղ իրականացնելով հայրենիքի սահմանների պաշտպանությունը, նախանշել է 2016թ. ուսումնական տարվա հիմնական ուղղությունները»,- ընդգծեց խաղաղապահ բրիգադի հրամանատարը: Նա մանրամասնեց, որ խաղաղապահ բրիգադի առաջին նպատակը հրամանատարական պատրաստութ յան որակական աճի հասնելն է: Երկրորդ՝ մարտական պատրաստության կազմակերպումը՝ «Սովորեցնել այն, ինչ անհրաժեշտ է մարտի դաշտում» սկզբունքով: Երրորդ՝ մարտական հերթապահության որակյալ նախապատրաստումը և իրականացումը, զորքերի ինժեներական կահավորման գործընթացի շարունակումը, անձնակազմի գիտելիքների կատարելագործումը: Չորրորդ՝ բրիգադի կրտսեր հրամանատարական կազմի մեջ «Առաջարկիր քննարկենք, միասնաբար քննարկենք» սկզբունքի սերմանումը:
Հինգերորդ՝ ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների կանխարգելման և երթևեկության կանոնակարգման պահպանման վերաբերյալ մշտական միջոցառումների իրականացումը: Վեցերորդ՝ առաքելությունների ընթացքում ուսումնասիրել գործընկեր պետությունների բանակների առաջավոր փորձը և այն քննարկել զորամասի մեթոդական խորհրդի նիստում:
Եզրափակելով խոսքը՝ Արթուր Սիմոնյանը վստահեցրեց, որ խաղաղապահ բրիգադի ողջ անձնակազմը տրամադրված է մարտական և վստահորեն իրականացնելու է իր առջև դրված խնդիրները՝ պատրաստ լինելով դիմակայել ցանկացած մարտահրավերի:
