Հայաստանն ընդգրվկել է լրագրողներ ձերբակալող պետությունների ցանկում

Հայաստանն առաջին անգամ ընդգրվկել է լրագրողներ ձերբակալող պետությունների ցանկում, այս մասին վկայում է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի և դրա գործընկեր կազմակերպության՝ «Լրագրողների անվտանգության պլատֆորմի» այսօր հրապարակած տարեկան զեկույցը։
«2025 թվականի վերջին Հայաստանն առաջին անգամ Պլատֆորմի կողմից արձանագրվեց որպես լրագրող կամ այլ մեդիա դերակատար ձերբակալող պետությունների շարքում։ Դա տեղի ունեցավ փոդքասթերներ Վազգեն Սաղաթելյանի և Նարեկ Սամսոնյանի նախնական կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելուց հետո»,- նշված է «Մամուլի ազատությունը 2025 թվականին» վերտառությամբ փաստաթղթում։
2025 թվականին հարթակի գործընկերները հրապարակել են լրատվամիջոցների ազատությանը սպառնացող լուրջ սպառնալիքների344 ահազանգ, ինչը զգալի աճ է (+29%) 2024 թվականի համեմատ, երբ գրանցվել էր 266 ահազանգ։
Ամենաշատ ահազանգեր ստացած երկրներն են եղել Ռուսաստանը (50), Թուրքիան (49), Վրաստանը (35), Սերբիան (35) և Ուկրաինան (27)։
Ամենատարածված ահազանգերի կատեգորիան (90) կապված է եղել լրագրողների ֆիզիկական անվտանգության և անձեռնմխելիության դեմ հարձակումների հետ։
2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ, Եվրոպայում կալանքի տակ է գտնվել 148 լրագրող, այդ թվում՝ 36-ը՝ Ադրբեջանում, 32-ը՝ Ռուսաստանում, 27-ը՝ Բելառուսում, 26-ը՝ Ռուսաստանի կողմից Ուկրաինայի օկուպացված տարածքներում, 24-ը՝ Թուրքիայում, երկուսը՝ Հայաստանում և մեկը՝ Վրաստանում։
Հարթակի գործընկերները կոչ են արել Եվրոպայի խորհրդին, Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովին և Եվրոպայի խորհրդի 46 անդամ պետություններին պահպանել մամուլի ազատության չափանիշները։ Նրանք հորդորում են ամրապնդել լրագրողների անվտանգությունը, լիովին կիրառել SLAPP-ի դեմ ուղղված չափանիշները, պաշտպանել հանրային լրատվամիջոցների անկախությունը և բարձրացնել կին լրագրողների պաշտպանությունը և այլն։
