Պոլսահայ ընտանիքի վրա հարձակման գործով ձերբակալված ՀՀ 3 քաղաքացիներ կալանավորվել են

Ստամբուլի Շիշլի թաղամասում պոլսահայ ընտանիքի վրա հարձակում իրականացնելու գործով ձերբակալվել է 15 մարդ, որոնցից 12-ը կանայք են: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է «Ակոս» պարբերականը:

Ընթացող հետաքննության շրջանակում ձերբակալվածները հարցաքննվել են: Հանրապետական դատախազությունում հարցաքննությունից հետո դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել ձերբակալվածներից երեքին՝ Արթուր Ա.-ին, Արամ Է.-ին և Սերգեյ Բ.-ին կալանավորելու վերաբերյալ: 12 կանայք դատական վերահսկողության պայմանով ազատ են արձակվել:

Փետրվարի 6-ին Շիշլիի Ջումհուրիեթ փողոցի տներից մեկում բնակվող հայ 85-ամյա Հակոբ Յաքուփ Դեմիրջիի և 79-ամյա Սեդա Աիդա Դեմիրջիի տան վրա հարձակում էին գործել և տանից վերցրել թանկարժեք իրեր ու գումար: Կատարվածի մասին ահազանգել էր տան աշխատողը, ով հերթական անգամ եկել էր պոլսահայ զույգի տուն, սակայն դուռը նրա առջև ոչ ոք չէր բացել: Հակոբ Դեմիրջին մահացել էր, իսկ նրա կնոջը հոսպիտալացրել էին:

Հանցագործությունից հետո թուրքական ոստիկանությունը հետաքննություն էր սկսել հարձակվողներին հայտնաբերելու նպատակով: Տարածքի տեսխցիկների ձայնագրություններից իրավապահները կարողացել էին իմանալ նրանց դեմքերը: Հայտնի էր դարձել նաև, որ հարձակում իրականացրած երեք անձինք մեքենա էին վարձել և Ստամբուլից ուղևորվել էին Տրապիզոն: Հենց այդտեղ էլ ոստիկանությունը նրանց ձերբակալել է: Հանցագործները կեղծ փաստաթղթերով նպատակ էին ունեցել Տրապիզոնից գողոնով փախչել Վրաստան: Ձերբակալվել էին նաև Ստամբուլում հանցագործության իրականացմանն աջակցած, մեքե նա վարձած և արտասահման փախչելու հարցում նրանց օգնած 5 անձինք:

Փետրվարի 10-ին Տրապիզոնի հանրապետական դատախազությունը հայտարարություն էր տարածել այն մասին, որ հարձակում իրականացրածները ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ են: Ձերբակալված 8 անձանցից 5-ը կանայք էին, բոլորն էլ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ: Նրանք են՝ Արթուր Ա., Արամ Է., Սերգեյ Բ., Մարիաննա Է., Լիդա Բ., Նարգիզ Բ., Արմինե Մ., Քրիստինա Մ.: Տեղեկությունը, որ ձերբակալվածների շարքում կան ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ, հաստատել է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն: «Հյուպատոսական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու հնարավորությունները սահմանափակված են դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների բացակայության պատճառով»,- ասել է ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանը:

Դեմիրջի ընտանիքի բարեկամներից մեկն «Ակոս»-ին հայտնել է, որ իրենք դեռևս չգիտեն Հակոբ Դեմիրջիի մահվան հստակ պատճառը: «Հարձակումից մեկ օր հետո նրա դին դիահերձարանից վերցրեցինք: Ոչ ոստիկանությունը, ոչ էլ որևէ մեկը չի հաղորդում, թե որն է Հակոբ Դեմիրջիի մահվան պատճառը: Դա կարող ենք իմանալ միայն դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունից հետո, սակայն այդ գործընթացը 1,5 ամիս կտևի»,- ասել է նա:
