Չորեքշաբթի գիշերը պայթյուններ են տեղի ունեցել Թեհրանում, Սպահանում և Իրանի մի քանի այլ քաղաքներում, հաղորդում է «Ալ Ջազիրան»։
«Սա ԱՄՆ-Իսրայելի հարվածների չորրորդ գիշերն է։ Դրանք թիրախավորում են երկրի տարբեր վայրեր, այդ թվում՝ մայրաքաղաք Թեհրանը... Ռմբակոծվել են նաև Սպահան, Ղոմ և Ուրմիա քաղաքները», - նշվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Շաբաթ օրը ԱՄՆ-ն և Իսրայելը լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողություն են սկսել Իսլամական Հանրապետության դեմ։ Թել Ավիվը հայտարարել է, որ հարվածները նպատակ ունեին կանխել Թեհրանի կողմից միջուկային զենքի ձեռքբերումը։ Իր հերթին, Թրամփը հայտարարել է իր մտադրության մասին՝ ոչնչացնել Իրանի նավատորմը և պաշտպանական արդյունաբերությունը և կոչ է արել երկրի քաղաքացիներին տապալել ռեժիմը։
Կիրակի գիշերը իրանական հեռուստատեսությունը հայտարարել է Գերագույն առաջնորդ Ալի Խամենեիի մահվան մասին։ Իրանի Կարմիր մահիկի տվյալներով՝ ԱՄՆ-ի և Իսրայելի հարձակումների հետևանքով զոհվել է առնվազն 787 մարդ։ Ի պատասխան՝ Իրանը հարվածներ է հասցնում Իսրայելի տարածքին և Մերձավոր Արևելքում գտնվող ամերիկյան թիրախներին։
Մեկ օր առաջ Թրամփը խոստովանել է, որ ռազմական գործողությունը կարող է տևել ավելի երկար, քան նախնական գնահատականը՝ չորսից հինգ շաբաթ։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն հայտարարել է Իրանի դեմ ավելի հզոր հարվածների մասին։
Նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը շեշտեց, որ ԱՄՆ-ի և Իսրայելի ագրեսիան խափանել է Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ բանակցությունների առաջընթացը։ Նախագահը կոչ արեց կողմերին վերադառնալ երկխոսության։ Նա ասաց, որ Մոսկվան կանի ամեն ինչ տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը կայունացնելու համար։ Պուտինը քննարկեց հակամարտության լուծումները Սաուդյան Արաբիայի, ԱՄԷ-ի, Կատարի և Բահրեյնի առաջնորդների հետ։
