Բաշկորտոստանի Հանրապետությունում տղամարդը կկանգնի դատարանի առաջ՝ սեփական մորը պատուհանից դուրս նետելու համար, հայտնում է Ռուսաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի տարածաշրջանային քննչական վարչությունը։
Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Քրեական օրենսգրքի 105-րդ հոդվածի («Սպանություն») 1-ին մասով նախատեսված արարքի համար։
Քրեական գործի նյութերի համաձայն՝ 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 30-ին Ուֆայի 39-ամյա բնակիչը Խուդայբերդինա փողոցում գտնվող իր հանրակացարանի սենյակում ալկոհոլ էր օգտագործում։ Նրա հետ էր նաև նրա 60-ամյա մայրը։ Հարբած վիճակում տղամարդը պահանջել է, որ կինը իրեն խնամակալություն շնորհի իր երեխաների նկատմամբ, որոնք նախկինում նրանից խլվել և ուղարկվել էին պետական հաստատություն։
Մերժում ստանալուց հետո մեղադրյալը վիճաբանության մեջ է մտել մոր հետ, որը վերածվել է փոխադարձ վիրավորանքների: Վիճաբանության ընթացքում նա բռնել է կնոջը և դուրս հրել վեցերորդ հարկի բաց պատուհանից: Ընկնելու հետևանքով ստացվել են վնասվածքներ, որոնցից տուժողը մահացել է տեղում:
Նախաքննության շրջանակներում քննիչները գրանցել են միջադեպի հանգամանքները, զննել են դեպքի վայրը, նշանակել բոլոր անհրաժեշտ փորձաքննությունները և հարցաքննել վկաներին։
Կասկածյալը լիովին ընդունել է իր մեղքը։ Քրեական գործը՝ հաստատված մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան՝ լրացուցիչ քննության համար։
