Աշխարհի 60 երկիր փետրվարի 15-ը ճանաչել են քաղցկեղով հիվանդ երեխաների համաշխարհային օր: Այսօր «Անդրադարձ» մամուլի ակումբում մասնագետները խոսեցին մանկական ուռուցքաբանության խնդիրների և բուժման առանձնահատկությունների մասին:
Միջոցառման նպատակն էր հանրության ուշադրությունը հրավիրել քաղցկեղով հիվանդ երեխաների խնդիրներին և կազմակերպել դրամահավաք` նրանց բուժմանն աջակցելու համար:
«Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության վիճակագրության համաձայն` ամբողջ աշխարհում 250 000 երեխա հիվանդանում է առաջնային չարորակ ուռուցքով, և 90 000 երեխա մահանում է քաղցկեղից: Ճիշտ ախտորոշման և ժամանակին բուժում ստանալու դեպքում չարորակ ուռուցքների 70 տոկոսը բուժվում է»,- ասաց Ուռուցքաբանության ազգային կենտրոնի Մանկական ուռուցքաբանության և քիմիաթերապիայի բաժանմունքի ղեկավար, «Քաղցկեղով երեխաների բարեկամներ» ՀԿ նախագահ պրոֆեսոր Գրիգոր Բադալյանը:
Ըստ վիճակագրական տվյալների` ամբողջ աշխարհում նկատվում է չարորակ ուռուցքների աճ` տարեկան 3-4 տոկոսով: «Մենք մեր հանրապետությունում այժմ կարողանում ենք երեխաներին լիարժեք ապահովել դեղորայքով: Քաղցկեղով հիվանդ երեխաներին հսկայական օգնություն է ցուցաբերում նաև «Նվիրիր կյանք» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը, որի աշխատանքները համակարգում է ՀՀ առաջին տիկին Ռիտա Սարգսյանը` ապահովելով թանկարժեք հետազոտությունների վճարումների փոխհատուցում»,- ասաց պրոֆեսոր Բադալյանը:
Ըստ ուռուցքաբան Արաքսյա Հովհաննիսյանի` բուժումից հետո ուռուցքի կրկնվելու վտանգը միշտ էլ կա, այդ պատճառով երեխաները գտնվում են հսկողության տակ: «Կարելի է նկատել, որ երեխաների մոտ հանդիպող քաղցկեղի դեպքերի մեծ մասը բնածին է, այսինքն՝ պետք է սկսել ծնողների առողջ ապրելակերպից և առողջ սննդակարգից»,- ասաց ուռուցքաբան Դիանա Ասլանյանը: Աշխարհի շատ երկրներում երեխաների չարորակ ուռուցքների կանխարգելումն ու բուժումն առողջության ասպարեզում առաջնային է:
