Ինչպես արդեն հայտնել ենք, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվում է քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող Գ.Մ.-ի կողմից քաղաքացուց 250 հզր ԱՄՆ դոլար գումարի չափով անօրինական օգուտ պահանջելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթը:
Քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում նաև պարզվել է, որ քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող Ս.Հ.-ն իր ընկեր Ա.Հ-ի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, խմբի կազմում, 2025 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 20-ին տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստացած, բժշկական կենտրոնում բուժօգնություն ստացող Ռ.Գ-ին հարկադրել է սուտ ցուցմունք տալ:
Մասնավորապես՝ Ս.Հ-ն և Ա.Հ-ն հոգեբանական հարկադրանքի գործադրմամբ՝ Ռ.Գ-ից պահանջել են նախաքննություն իրականացնող մարմնին չհայտնել դեպքի իրական հանգամանքների և մասնակիցների մասին տվյալներ, ավելին՝ սուտ ցուցմունք տալ, այն է՝ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին քննության ճիշտ ուղուց շեղելու նպատակով վիճաբանության մասնակիցներին նկարագրել մտացածին տվյալներով, իրեն ներկայացրած անձին կամ անձանց վերաբերյալ՝ անկախ վիճաբանությանը նրանց մասնակցությունից, հայտնել, որ նրանք որևէ առնչություն չունեն դեպքի հետ:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող Գ.Մ.-ի և Ս.Հ.-ի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում:
Նրանց նկատմամբ նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանքը:
Վերջիններիս վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է հսկող դատախազին:
